Wing Assistant is essential to our business
Pros:
The assistants are excited to work and have a great work ethic. The leadership that we work with at Wing go out of there way to make the relationship with the assistant and our business successful.
Cons:
There is nothing I have not liked about Wing.
Great resource

Early match did not work out. Took some time to find the right assistant.

"Expert" virtual assistant was unable to do basic tasks
Comments: They sell you an "expert" EA with 5-7 years experience but they have call center experience, not EA experience. So she had no idea how to use QuickBooks, Google Suite, etc. I asked for a refund
Pros:
The EA did clock in / out on time, was nice, and tried her best. I liked her personally.
Cons:
Not transparent about the background of the EAs, won't let you interview or assess skills and culture fit.

Dear Michael, It seems you haven't been working with Wing Assistant. At Wing Assistant, clients can interview candidates for their positions. You seem not to have had that option with your service. Wing Assistant also allows replacements free of cost if clients are not happy with their Assistant. You seem not to have had that option with your service. Finally, all Executive Assistants at Wing Assistant are vetted and have ample experience specifically in their field. You seem to not have had that experience. If you are actually a customer of ours, and the team made a mistake on your account, simply reach out to your Client Success Manager (CSM) and have them solve all your problems for you :) All the best, Wing Team

Comments: Great experience and very helpful and accomodating.

Very attentive to our needs, great with communication. All assistants assigned have been nothing short of amazing.
Cons:
No complaints with Wing, the only struggles we encountered were related to internet connectivity with some assistants located in areas prone to Typhoons and and VOIP app connectivity issues with assistants in Mexico. Bling was offered but did not work well with our systems in place.
Positive experience despite poor management on my part
Comments: Positive, though aspirational. I engaged with Wing prematurely based on my own circumstances. I was able to gain value from the service, and greatly respect and enjoy the team members that I worked with. Unfortunately, I was too busy for too long to properly and thoroughly onboard my Wing assistant. When I'm in a better and more stable situation, I will definitely consider engaging Wing again.
Pros:
Consistent and quick responsiveness. Strong ability to follow instructions.
Cons:
Not much. My negatives were limited to my own circumstances with respect to being too busy to design and structure assignments.

Comments: Overall very positive experience, will use again. At the moment I can't justify the cost as I don't have enough tasks to keep them busy.

Wing Review for Mid-Size Company Execs
Pros:
I have used Wing several times over the past few years, and I’ve always been very impressed with their service. The online platform makes it very easy to explain tasks and recurring responsibilities, and the assistants themselves are extremely communicative. Much higher quality than any of the other services that I have utilized, and the cost is very competitive for businesses that have a need for “retainer” type assistance that is not billed by the hour.
Cons:
No complaints. The assistants are communicative to the point of over communicating at times, but I really can’t complain about that with service like this. Better than the alternative.
Amazing Team at WingAI!!

Loved working with the team at WingAI. They are a very capable and driven team looking to provide solutions for all types of businesses.

Great value and easy to work with
Comments: It was pretty good. First time using a virtual assistant and definitely helped me to document tasks and procedures to help them to be performed by others.
Pros:
They were very communicative. They have talent that is able to help at a reasonable cost.
Cons:
The portal they had wasn't the best. It would have been great to meet from right within their portal, do calls. The adding/changing and editing of tasks wasn't the easiest either. Messages would just delete after you typed a whole message and then tried sending an attachment. That happened a time or two before I learned.
Great service for the price compared to others
Comments: My experience with Wing was great overall.
Pros:
The price to value is great! The response time from support and my dedicate success manager was very fast. My VA was also responsive and easy to work with.
Cons:
Training a VA can take time. Working with a virtual employee has a learning curve with it. If you are patient and willing to give it time.

Comments: [sensitive content hidden] helps keep me organized. My strength is being on stage with a microphone. [sensitive content hidden] makes up for all of my other deficiencies.
Pros:
[sensitive content hidden] is awesome. She works through the night and is ALWAYS on top of every assignment I give her, even though we've never met.

I don't know that there's anything other than I enjoy face-to-face interactions, but I know that's not possible with a virtual assistant.
Avoid unless you want bad Glassdoor reviews from underperforming contractors
Comments: Bad. Very, very bad. The assistant that got matched with us went rogue and wrote a Glassdoor review to personally attack the [sensitive content hidden] of our company.The experience was probably the worst experience I’ve had with a vendor. Ever.
Pros:
I like the fact that that they hire for you. Our account manager took our feedback and adapted after the first match wasn’t a fit which we appreciated.
Cons:
The model doesn’t allow you to select the person you hire. This means that it’s very unlikely there will be a good match.

Not too much to state at this time. It has been an awesome experience and exactly what I needed.

We love our VAs, they have been so helpful in us completing all our tasks as a business.

Sometimes the Wing Ops portal goes down with no notice. Hard to know when it is working, or if our VAs are on break.
Great Assistants
Comments: The staff is top notch. Very professional and responsive. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your assistants.
Pros:
The Wing process is really easy to use. They find great talent and take care of the payroll, supervision, and procurement of the talent. If you have repeatable processes, then the Wing assistants are phenomenal at executing them.
Cons:
The Wing software is still in process. It has some great features, but the built in chat still needs some work. I switched over to using Discord for my communication with the assistants and it works seamlessly. By the time you read this review, they may have upgraded their platform. They have this feature on the roadmap.

Pros:
Wing found us a terrific virtual assistant really quickly based on our specifications. Their customer success team and online platform made onboarding and managing our assistant very easy.
Cons:
No complaints at all. The service is excellent and we would use it again if the need arises.

Great VA Service
Pros:
The process for getting set up is super easy and quick. They did all the work in finding an assistant that meets my needs and did a great job. My VA does a great job of communicating and her work is high quality. The cost is also super reasonable and I definitely see more than enough value to justify the cost.
Cons:
I can't think of any cons to the service.
