The interface is very user-friendly, intuitive, and pleasing to the eye in an uncluttered and clear design. Scheduling and posting to multiple platforms is effortless. On the few occasions when one of the platforms failed to post, we were immediately notified of the issue and then re-notified when the platform issue was resolved. Then it was a simple one-step fix to repost. During my onboarding I had an issue with Meta that was unrelated to Pallyy but causing me issues with using the platform. I met with \[sensitive content hidden\] and he ended up giving me a clue that unlocked the issue that was within Meta.
