He connected it to a cellular connection which is less stable than an ethernet or Wifi which makes the system slower than it should be and sometimes makes it go offline in the rain. If we can have 2 months with no problems to access the building or access points we are lucky. On top of this, customer service is as inefficient and inconsiderate as customer service can be. It took months of complaining about the constant need to re-set the system until it completely failed and then a month to solve the problem.
