> **Pros**: The customer support was very responsive and knowledgable. The responses were quick and thorough. I like the custom features, QR Codes, off boarding report and being able to generate reminders.

> **Cons**: I would like to see more integrations. I don't see a lot of use in the Licenses section since it's just a counter and you would have to update both the software and BlueTally.

> Overall experience has been great. I was granted an extra 14 days for the free trial, which was very helpful when I made my proposal to my team. Like I said above, questions were answered in a thorough and timely manner.
