> **Cons**: Pathetic customer support. You need to leave your business and become developer to use their software.

> A whatsApp chat company dont have chat support. Email response time is 24 hours.
It take 4-5 days just to fix online meeting. Solution takes weeks.

Most of the time, we have to solve our issues ourselves.

Its not businessman friendly.
