Even the basic user experience feels outdated and unnecessarily complicated. If you value responsive service, ethical business practices, or even just a straightforward refund process, I’d strongly recommend exploring other options before committing to this one. I refused to be forced to pay to keep my QR code valid, so I created little stickers showing my new (free) QR code and went back to all the same places that I posted my event flyers and updated them.
