Initially, I opened an account with them in the amount of $100. Everything was okay for a couple of weeks. Then I attempted to buy more Crypto and, received a message from them stating that I'm not allowed to do so. So, I attempted to move my Crypto to my Cold Wallet. Same scenerio. I was not allowed to do that either. I contacted their customer service about the issue and was treated very rudely. Customer Service told me that the only thing I was allowed to do was to Sell my Crypto. By that time, the Crypto Market dropped. So, I sold my Crypto at a loss. I then moved my remaining money to my Cash Account and attempted to transfer the money back into my bank account. I received a message saying that I couldn't do that either because it was below their $100 minimum. If you ask CYRPTO to pay you back for Wire Transfer fee, after 20 days they send you this long and stupd email that shows HOW WRONG YOU ARE as a Customer demanding Customer service from them. Filing a complaint with CRYPTO.COM does Not yield any results.. Simply a waste of Time.. Kiss your money goodbye if you send it to CRYPTO.COM . DO NOT DO BUSINESS with CRYPTO.COM > > CRYPTO.COM arbiteraly rejected my Cash US Dollar deposit which I had cashed out of my Retirement and paid Taxes to IRS. Eventhough my account has been verified by CRYPTO.COM . I got stuck paying $37.00 Wire transfer fee to my bank. CRYPTO Offers NO Explanation of WHY Despoit was rejected, They Kept my money for 5 days while they earned intrest on it,,When I complain, they wired the money back to my bank which costs me another $22.00 WIRE Transfer FEE by my Bank. CYRPTO sent me this long and stupd email that shows HOW WRONG I was as a Customer demanding Customer service from them. Filing a complaint with CRYPTO.COM does Not yield any results..
