The analyst reports on funds are detailed and insightful, the industry reports on target date funds and the fund characteristics for the peer universe is the most comprehensive source of data available. > > **Cons**: The platform although has a depth of information, I do not feel it is very user friendly or intuitive. During my initial days of having access to the platform, I struggled to navigate around. Moreover, although a support representative is assigned to the account, they do not walk through the platform which was a bit odd to me. A thorough and standard training should be conducted so users feel more comfortable in using the platform and then can continue to learn at their own pace. > > Overall, I have had a bittersweet experience with Morningstar.
