I had been using paper charts and prescriptions, a real dinosaur\! The module I use the most and like the best is the eprescription, including controlled substances. It was easy to set up, the company and affiliates walked me through it. There is even an app for e prescriptions. It worked flawlessly even while oversees on vacation. I did a controlled substance refill from a Starbucks in Japan\! My patients love it, I feel in control of my practice and prescriptions. The scheduling module is a breeze, adding patients to the schedule is straightforward. I have not implemented the billing module, it feels a bit much for me in sole practice to do the accounting and posting of payments myself. I'm sure it's easy once you get the hang of it. My trainer, \[sensitive content hidden\] is just fantastic. Really the best, patient, personable, and available. The whole team at RXNT is responsive, positive, and encouraging.
