I would have come back to them once I had my camera fixed...I won't be now and I will advise my fellow co workers not to use them. Stopped using it for 6 months. Then at the 1 year mark they auto renewed on my credit card. I immediately called them and said I didn’t want it. I told them to check the records, I haven’t heard this product in 6 months. They said “too bad” and wouldn’t refund the transaction. A struggling product has to steal to be successful.
