Multi-factor authentication and single sign-on provide us with high security and does not introduce friction to the employees. User onboarding and offboarding is highly fast and the password management options minimize IT workload. The platform also goes hand in hand with most of our already existing tools and it generally saves a lot of time with keeping access secure. > > **Cons**: The administrative dashboard may be a little overwhelming to beginners, and certain integrations will need additional configuration, which might have to be done technically. Although the basic functions are functioning successfully, I believe that Okta could be somewhat enhanced by making the interface more user-friendly to the non-technical administrator and include more step-by-step guidance when configuring the system. > > We have been generally pleased with Okta.
