A great bug tracker
Pros:
Can be integrated with VCS repos (such as Github or Gitlab) A lot of custom fields and options to customize issue tracking experience Great customer support from Jetbrains
Cons:
UI a bit minimalistic (it can be a pro for users who like a minimalistic look, but personally I don't like minimal UIs. I prefer more detailed ones)
Powerful and Flexible: YouTrack is good for Team Management
Comments: youtrack is good for managing sprints and backlogs, and it integrates with other popular tools. However, it may take some time to learn, and it has fewer integrations compared to other tools.
Pros:
Creating and managing issues is simple. You can add details, attach files, and categorize tasks with tags. It’s easy to track what’s being worked on, who is working on it, and the task's status
Cons:
While Youtrack works well with some popular tools, it doesn't have as many integrations as other tools like Jira. This can be a problem for teams using less common tools
Holds great promise , allows you to stay on top of things, but leaves a few things wanting
Comments:
Perfect for small teams to be used primarily for bug tracking, and sprint planning. Easy to setup and use without having to jump through any hoops.
The interface and the whole system is rather intuitive which comes in handy especially for companies where teams work on multiple projects at the same time and more often than not each is tied with another project in one way or another. Comes with plenty of integrations so one can customize as needed.
Everybody at our company loves this product.
Pros:
compared to the various bug tracking softwares, this one is super simple, and easy to set up and get going. The interface is intuitive and helps keep sprints clean and organized. Performance is good as long as the setup has been done properly, else you will experience lags. Best for small teams which don't want to deal with the complexities of using JIRA. Pricing is based on storage so that is really very helpful. you can do custom queries to search for bugs, and my team uses it every day during the agile meetings. It comes in really handy.
Cons:
Not cons per say but 1. Features keep changing under your legs. For example, the option to search by `Assigned to me` has altogether disappeared from the main menu. Now you have to specially navigate to find that tag. 2. The url is rather long: mycompanyname.myjetbrains.youtrack.com 3. Comment boxes under tickets look rather medieval.
Alternatives Considered:
Lightweight and fast without boundaries
Pros:
It's very easy to use and getting startet. Also it's very flexible, it can fit in so many workflow styles. Also the software itself is pretty lightweight and fast (much better than a certain Australian competitor)
Cons:
When trying to implement SCRUM, we found it difficult to fit YouTrack into this workflow as it had no "borders" for working with sprints and backlogs etc.
THE BEST OF ALL TIMES TOOL FOR KEEPING TRACK OF ALL ACTIVITIES
Comments: Generally.. the platform is reliable and it is very adaptable
Pros:
The platform is very easy to use It is picket friendly Its ability to freely adapt the layout f the agile boards It is highly customizable It helps us track our clients work It is very straightforward
Cons:
Theres nothing wrong really with Youtrack it is genuinely the best
YouTrack Analysis
Comments: My overall experience with the app is astounding in general as it also have unique and effective features compared to other apps that it is its counterparts.
Pros:
It is the best app for managing projects and fixing bug or issues in the system of the workplace. It is also easy to use as it has a user-friendly or easy to use platform, whether what kind of level you do in being a tech-savvy.
Cons:
There are times when the app can load slowly because of the many features it has.
Extremely customisable and easy to use
Pros:
Extremely easy to use and highly customisable for all our needs. It looks great and runs well. It makes it very use to use markdown. The search functionality is also very robust and works well
Cons:
There are times where you have issues with it loading correctly and it takes a few refreshes to sort out.
Best Tracking App
Pros:
I liked how easy it was to use, i’m rather fond of jet brains products so I really enjoyed how easy it was to integrate with clion as well.
Cons:
As it is a jetbains product there maybe some platform related issues, I experienced these on my linux machine.
A wonderful software you can use.
Comments: It helps to create and manage issues easily.
Pros:
You are able to track time spent on issues using timers.
Cons:
In order to assess the free plan , you need a team up to 10.
I like YouTrack!
Pros:
I like it's free for small teams and that it's supported by JetBrains, my favourite company
Cons:
The UI sometimes looks like a bit old in the days
Mom, can we have JIRA? But we have JIRA at home. JIRA at home: YouTrack.
Pros:
JIRA knockoff, simple copied all the good stuff…
Cons:
Finding tickets is Close to imposibile sometimes.
The more you use it the better it gets
Comments: I don't know how we would do what we do without it. It is so much a part of our process and communication we really would not be as efficient without it.
Pros:
It is so easy to use. I don't want to have to spend time setting up, fiddling with or figuring out software. This allows me to just glance at it, update it and move on. I rarely spend any time trying to figure out how to make it do what I need it to do.
Cons:
There is a bit of setup for user permissions that needs to be managed. So you need someone assigned to manage the settings, and set up new projects. Once you have things set up there seems to be little time spent doing this.
Helps keep our team organized
Comments: YouTrack helps us keep track of tasks in a simple and effective way.
Pros:
Its helpful to relay information about a particular account from one team member to the next. It is also easy to figure out what things still need to be completed and which have already been completed
Cons:
once I create a ticket it automatically emails me anytime something is changed or noted on the ticket. Sometimes I even get double emails when I am tagged in something. For our team, sometimes the ticket simply needs to be passed on but I don't need to follow the progress every step of the way. Many times I only need to report something and then pass it on. It does allow you to opt out of the emails but I would prefer to simply opt into what I want updates on and what I don't.

Simple and useful but not without some annoying glitches
Pros:
It's a web based product, which means that teams in different regions can use it very easily without the use of any VPN connection to a central location. Its Dashboard widgets and agile boards are super useful and easy to use. Many of the fields are super configurable to allow for a very personalized integration.
Cons:
Still has some bugs, glitches and UX issues that can be rather annoying at times. Has less integration possibilities with other products than bigger and more known products like Jira.

Complete control over your team work.
Comments: Is very awesome. It reduce the time needed to organize the team.
Pros:
Youtrack isn't the easier tool to use, I must recognize it, but we need to understand that, with all of it's features that is a necessary circumstance. Youtrack can help you a LOT when you are working with groups of people, you will know what are doing, when and who, you can measure the productivity of your team, create goals and many other things. Forget to think that it is only for programming or teams of programmers, you can use Youtrack in every scenario out there.
Cons:
Lack of some integrations, I think YouTrack is as good as Jira but need some extra integrations with others useful tools.

Excellent Product
Comments: YouTrack is an effective tool for managing our software development lifecycle.
Pros:
YouTrack is a nice to use, fully web based issue tracking and project management tool. The configurability is fantastic and allows our software development team to customise it exactly to our needs.
Cons:
The user interface (mainly for configuration) is a little confusing at first, but after a while it's easier to get used to.
Steep learning curve but well worth it
Pros:
Projects are almost infinitely malleable and customizable
Cons:
The solutions are not always right in front of you - a softer UX would help
iam happy by using YouTrack
Pros:
the user interface and supporting agile are wonderful on this tracking system
Cons:
nothing everything is ok I am using it daily for tracking my team tasks
YouTrack
Pros:
The best project management app ever! I love the workflow and interface of the software. Everything is very intuitive, easy to use. I appreciate the individual dashboards and kanban tool, the features give the ability to assign tasks to individual members on a project, it's automated so you avoid the risk of error, it's fast and clear. Integration without problems, the look and functionality of the application. Using @ guarantees collaboration, the individual posts resemble a social network and not a working tool. Very nice software design.
Cons:
I have nothing to complain about, I would appreciate maybe some tutorials, but the support is very helpful.

Super easy way to log issues with software and track progress!
Comments: Makes it easy to get issues filed for our software right when I hear about them.
Pros:
I like that I can quickly create an issue for our software and search for other issues related to mine.
Cons:
The layout is a little "clunky" so takes a little bit of time to get the "hang of it" in terms of what you need to do to submit the issue.
Manage your project simply with YouTrack.
Comments: 1. I used to manage my company projects and the activity of the developer done by on that day on YouTrack.
Pros:
1. Manageability of your projects issue is really good that you can manage your or create issues or new functionality to be add as a priority bases. 2. A developer can change the ticket or issue to it's fixed state after fixing it. 3. You can also merge multiple ticket by duplicating it. 4. A developer or any one who is a user of YouTrack can comment below the ticket so the tester can easily known about the ticket.
Cons:
1. There is nothing to dislike in YouTrack it is best for my company.
YouTrack helps to become more productive
Pros:
After integration, the productivity of our team increased. Timesheet reports are helpful to improve team efficiency. Essential for sprints planning.
Cons:
There are a lot of features and our team needed a couple of weeks to get used to the functionality.
Good system for tracking progress
Pros:
Easy to add step by step progress Easy to manage my team
Cons:
UI isn't pretty, lends itself to be confusing because of the UI

Pros:

Cons:

Easy to use as a bug tracking tool
Comments: Use this application to track bugs and assign those bugs to the developers.
Pros:
we can use this application as a bug tracker and assign to developers on task board when found bugs in applications.
Cons:
Do not have a proper tutorials and guidance to use YouTrack.
