This is one of the main reasons we moved to RingCentral, was the stability and reliability of Zoom, while also having the contact center. RC Video is the most unstable platform I've ever used. It never got better. Low quality audio, low quality video. Constantly dropping. > > RC Video was incredibly frustrating to use. We quit immediately and moved video and chat to Teams as a result of RC's move to Video.
