Asked for a supervisor and instead of meeting a customer's needs, or even him going to "Level 2" for assistance, he said that no one would or could help solve- even up to IT development. Basic functions of password resets or unlocking accounts should be basic, entry level skills that can be fixed. If not, then why does your customer support even exist?
