Had I known how intuitive and comprehensive it was, I would have taken advantage of it much earlier. For years, I relied on outside billing services and assumed that managing medical billing internally would be far too complicated and time-consuming. I have since learned that with the proper training and support from the Tebra team, that assumption was completely wrong. My only regret is the time and opportunities lost before making the transition. Learning the billing module has given me greater transparency, improved confidence in managing claims and reimbursements, and has allowed me to take a more active role in the financial health of my practice. Looking back, I wish I had made this decision sooner. The onboarding modules in Tebra University are VERY thorough.
