He also failed to respond when JobAdder refused to honor the clearly written agreement regarding the fixed one-month trial period. > > We had agreed in writing with \[sensitive content hidden\] from JobAdder's sales team to start with a trial month at a fixed rate. When we began testing the platform, we were required to enter a credit card. There was no option anywhere in the system to apply the agreed amount. After reaching out to \[sensitive content hidden\], he asked us to go ahead and select the account option anyway, assuring us they would manually adjust the invoice. Instead, our company was charged for six full accounts. I contacted both \[sensitive content hidden\] multiple times in writing, asking for a refund. Each time I was told that they were "working on it" and that the money would be refunded soon. This was in April 2025 — and to this day, we have not received any credit. To make things worse, they even tried to charge us for another month, claiming there was a one-month cancellation period. However, our trial was clearly agreed as a fixed one-month test, and I had explicitly asked \[sensitive content hidden\] in writing to confirm this and to include a cancellation clause if needed. His response: "That won’t be necessary" — he confirmed it was a trial month only. Once the trial ended and the problems began, JobAdder ignored our agreements. \[sensitive content hidden\] stopped responding entirely, despite several follow-up attempts. In my experience, JobAdder has proven to be highly unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly advise any company to stay away from this provider.
