It makes payroll simple each month by showing the total hours and classes worked, along with any admin time. The pricing is also great for what we get. > > **Cons**: I can’t sort teacher hours and classes within Teachworks to quickly see how many classes were taught for each student or class, though I can download the data to a spreadsheet. It’s also tricky to apply lesson packages to specific lessons. For example, with long-term students, payments can get applied to lessons from years ago unless packages are applied from the very start. > > Teachworks has been a great tool for keeping my business organized and running smoothly. Unfortunately, there is a little glitch when syncing with Quickbooks, because of the way the VAT tax is calculated compared with the way Quickbooks calculates the VAT tax.
