This product should be limited to small vendors who only have a small number of people booking. For context, we were part of an event with 1600 participants all trying to book at the same time, and quite frankly the tool was ineffective, frustrating, and a terrible user experience. Many users can’t log in at all. When they do get in, events either don’t display or aren’t clickable. There were a number of glitches/freezes throughout the process, and if you refreshed, you lost any progress you made, preventing teams from securing a time. For a process that already comes with high demand and pressure, these technical issues make it unnecessarily frustrating. I personally experienced the system freezing on the confirmation screen multiple times, which meant I lost the time I was trying to book and had to start over, and did not end up with my first option.
