> **Pros**: What I liked most about Eventtia was that it is an all-in-one platform that allows you to manage most aspects of an event in one place. I could easily input and organize session information, speaker details, surveys, and other event-related content without having to rely on multiple platforms. Building a website through Eventtia was also fairly simple to understand, especially as someone who does not regularly build websites. I appreciated that I did not need to have a strong understanding of HTML or web development to create a professional-looking website and event experience.

I also appreciated having access to customer support throughout the process. Being able to meet with a customer support representative who could directly address my questions and concerns was very helpful while I was building and managing the program.

> **Cons**: One of the main drawbacks was that some of the website design features were limited. While the drag-and-drop functionality makes setting up a website relatively simple, there were certain design tweaks and edits that were simply not possible. Another significant issue was how event times were displayed. Because this was a global program, accurate time-zone display was particularly important. Eventtia appeared to default to GMT in some areas, and although there were settings available for 12-hour versus 24-hour time displays, those settings did not always seem to work as advertised. This created some challenges when ensuring that event times were displayed correctly for attendees.

> Overall, my experience with Eventtia was good, and I would recommend the platform to my team and to anyone looking to manage a multi-day event. Having most of the tools needed to plan and manage an event in one platform made the process more organized and convenient. The website builder was especially helpful for someone without extensive web design experience, and the customer support team was a valuable resource when I had questions or ran into challenges.

While there are some limitations with website customization and time-zone functionality, I appreciate that the Eventtia team is frequently making updates and improvements to make the platform better and easier to use. Overall, I found Eventtia to be a useful and accessible platform for managing a larger, multi-day program.

The assigned account managers have consistently delivered exceptional service, responding to our questions promptly and efficiently, while also being available for video calls whenever we have needed guidance or assistance.
We have been able to provide a much more professional experience for our clients, access clear and comprehensive reports, and make the most of the data generated from each event to continuously improve our results.

Program \> Activity: it can't jump to the current week for easier view, instead showing the first day of event (especially our events are three-months long) 

Whatsapp Ticket Notification: Hope it can show the workshop time instead of event time on the ticket

For Traditional Chinese website, it takes more time to deploy when compared to Simplified Chinese - hope this can be improved in the future.
