My life was a mess until I started using Freshbooks.

Comments: When I think about using Quickbooks or Excel I start to have a panic attack. When I think about using Freshbooks I get a refreshing feeling of a calm, relaxing wind.

Pros:

I record my time and expenses and it automates everything else.

Cons:

I don't have any complaints. It just works and seems simple and easy.

My first choice for invoicing and expense tracking.

Comments: FreshBooks has simplified my financial management, saving me time and headaches. It's helped me stay organized, get paid faster, and keep my freelance business running smoothly.

Pros:

It makes invoicing and expense tracking a breeze. I love the clean interface, the professional-looking invoices, and the ease of generating reports. It's like having a personal accountant in my pocket.

Cons:

It is perfect for freelancers and small businesses, it might not have all the advanced features larger companies require.

There has to be something better than this.

Comments: The weirdest thing is an accounting program that wont show you a bank register.
How can you SEE what is going on without a register. Reconcile what exactly. It's confusing, and now you will need a bookkeeper to fix all the stuff you try to do.

Pros:

That it isn't Quickbooks online. I thought QBO was a train wreck and now I can see that ALL of these cloud based accounting firms are just a front for the bookkeepers union. They must be because you Will need one when you use this.

Cons:

Same goofy kind of double entry stuff that I experienced with QBO. Bank feeds are not your friend.

Great invoicing and time logging

Comments: It's been good. I like the invoicing ability.

Pros:

I like that I can create an invoice from the time log quickly.

Cons:

I do not like that I have to pay more for additional users.

Comments: I have had positive experience so far while using FreshBooks for business finances. From invoicing to even understanding and tracking expenses is very convenient. The app is also very easy to use, you do not need special skills or have to be an accountant before you can use it.

Pros:

It is very easy to use. Helps anyone that does not have accounting background work easily.

Cons:

I do not have what I like the least at the moment.

Comments: Overall I am very happy with FreshBooks. Invoices are quickly generated and paid, and hourly tracking has gone from a burden to an easy process directly integrated into our day to day tasks.

Pros:

I like the easy invoice creation process which allows customers to quickly pay their bill by simply clicking one button on the online invoice. In addition the financial reports provided are excellent and really give great financial insight into the business.

Cons:

The cost of Credit Card processing is a bit pricey, but overall there is not much to dislike about this amazing product.

I think the Quotes and Estimates area could be a little more detailed. Maybe adding different templates for each type of business.

Using Freshbooks has been a game changer for me and my team. It's interface is friendly and easy to navigate saving us on setting up time and helping us keep everything neatly organized. Freshbook is a unique platform whose touch of excellence in accounting and expense management stood out for me in comparison to other tools in the market. I find it's performance and reliability top notch in functions like generation and invoices tracking which is complete. It's decency in tracking expenses is on its own level. I am also able to execute receipt approvals, billable hours and keep financial records which are the major accounting roles making it an ultimate accounting solution

Cons:

To be honest I have not encountered a single thing I dislike about Freshbooks. As an accountant who have used lots of accounting softwares I can recommend freshbooks to anyone out there for efficient execution of his/her accounting needs

FreshBooks is a tool to never miss. It gives extra precision in financial management.

Comments: The best experiences are yet to come they say, but to us, we have already having the best financial management experience with FreshBooks. It provides us with a safe space to work on our financial data without putting them at risks. FreshBooks help us to monitor our cash flow which has allowed us to understand how funds move in and our of the business. Its expenses tracking tools help us ensure no expenditures beyond our budgets.

FreshBooks security tools has been so efficient at keeping our financial data safe and private.

Cons:

Much to our delight, we have not find anything not likeable in FreshBooks.

FreshBooks has not shown us anything bad. There genuinely lacks anything to like least.

Easy and Useful

Comments: Freshbooks makes it easy to send estimates and invoices to customers, and that's worth the monthly price.

Their estimates make it easy for our company to get quick and confirmed customer-approval on projects.

Cons:

It can be tricky to get the full-overview of my clients, since their database it less about instant-access info and more about long-term historical value. Basically, I'd like them to incorporate better CRM features into the invoicing and accounting.

Simple online billing system

Pros:

This system has a simple front end UI. Sometimes that's what you need. We dont always need graphs and charts and tables. I can log in, see who owes me and who has paid. I can create invoices and not have to wait for graphics to load to show me someone owes us money. My other favorite feature is being able to convert estimates directly to an invoice and then sending that invoice out. 3 clicks and you go from estimate to getting paid.

Cons:

the on thing i dislike is the option to add an image to an invoice. We have multiple users creating invoices and estimates and the last image uploaded becomes the default image on all the following invoices and estimates unless you manually remove it.

Freshbooks and its significant use

Comments: Overall , i can suggest for small and medium vendors and also to companies where turnover is less than 20 cr can use this accounting software for recording trasactions

Freshbooks is really a good software where the accounting process is digitalized and easy reports making

There are some technical glitches while operating on the software

FreshBooks, Best Accounting Experience with a Digital Approach with Conventional Feel

Comments: FreshBooks has enabled us to digitize our accounting and reporting system with minimum effort, leading to a easier and more efficient accounting experience, shorter reporting cycles, low manpower requirement, negligible errors and a noticeable cost advantage compared to traditional hard book book keeping and accounting/invoicing.

Pros:

Integrating FreshBooks into our non digital accounting system was much easier than we expected.With its intuitive no-jargon UI and UX, the learning curve was minimal and it took no time to get used to.

Cons:

FreshBooks gets the job done better than expected in most cases. In itself, it doesn't have any significant flaws, but the after sales support and customer service can be improved.
