Its features met all our needs, the pricing was reasonable, and the performance of our campaigns consistently delivered strong results. Most importantly, our customers were satisfied with the experience the landing pages provided. > > **Cons**: While Unbounce had been a reliable tool for our marketing efforts over the years, recent changes to their pricing strategy have been deeply disappointing. Our subscription cost increased by an astonishing 415% in less than a year, with no added value to justify the hike. Even more concerning, they introduced new usage caps—previously nonexistent—and imposed a monthly penalty of 30% of the total annual subscription for exceeding these limits. This fee is neither reasonable nor clearly disclosed, making the change feel abrupt and unfairly one-sided. > > When we reached out to their support team for clarification, the only response we got was “it’s part of a new company strategy.” We requested a refund for one of the penalty charges—denied. We asked for a partial refund after canceling our annual subscription—also denied. The only solution they offered was an upgrade to a more expensive plan, with a small discount, essentially asking us to pay even more.
