Previously you could see all bills, even ones that weren't set up in Plooto. You could easily select the + to easily add the contact and set up direct deposit. Now this + is not available and evety new contact needs to be manually inputted. The problem with this is, if it is not 100% identical to your CRM (in our case quickbooks) it will not sync. Then when the bill is paid through Plooto it will not show as paid in your CRM. Which could lead to a 2nd payment. > > So far we are content with the payables portion.
