Very friendly software! Very go with the flow type of personality.

Comments: My overall experience with Monday.com was a surprising one! It hooked right up with four other programs we use every day . Creating different groups for specific teams within the company was super easy. Video calls with webcams were built right in and sharing files with others within the conference calls did not create any issues at all.

Pros:

Monday.com is a very friendly project management software. It made juggling tons of projects at once super easy. We used it alongside our trusty Google sheets to keep track of everything, and it even worked with Word so we could share and edit documents all in one place . Monday.com had a color-coding system that helped us see which projects were super important and which ones could wait a bit.

Cons:

The software is great; itt can be a bit too much for a beginner. It seamlessly opened up the door to other software applications creating curiosity. We had to have programmers on staff to integrate the software at times. There's no real AI assistant to give you an idea of how the different software would work or how they would affect your projects

Marketing and work tasks

Comments: Overall very positive, I use it daily to manage my tasks and monitor campaign performance. I have used it for a few years now and in the begining I would face a few bugs that would prevent me from using as much. But within the last 6 months, I've noticed a huge improvement and really enjoy using the platform.
I don't experience bug issues and even if I do, when raised with the support team, they are fixed very quickly.

Pros:

I like the dashboard feature where you can bring data from different boards and compare campaign performance. Having a visual representation of the data is very helpful in understanding and implementing positive changes. Also, the AI chat bot is insanely accurate in getting you to the right resources or even solving your issue there and then.

Cons:

Although there are so many automations available, I can sometimes spend a long time finding the correct one I want to use and it can me a sort of trial and error. Maybe I just need to spend more time learning how they work etc.

Powerful, but maybe too much

Comments: Used to love it, and was easy to get other users engaged, but now it’s an uphill battle

Pros:

Facilitates simple project tracking tools

Cons:

Got overly complex in its quest to integrate with everything and to displace other tools

Not right for us

Comments: Ok but basic for our needs as an agency. I think it's more suitable for very small businesses or scenarios where deep detailed resourcing/planning are not needed.

Pros:

Visual style of project management was friendly and somewhat intuitive to use.

Cons:

Generally I would say it feels like little more than a pumped up spreadsheet, if you were skilled enough almost all of the project management could likely be housed in Google Sheets or Excel. Lack of capacity management options also a major drawback.

The Do It All Software

Pros:

The customization and ability to have different functions of the business under one platform. It helps all the departments

Cons:

I don't like the lack of customization of appearance

Can be so powerful, if you know how to set it up and use it.

Comments: Its a really powerful platform that offers lots of features but you need to be clear on how you want to use it and focus on the important aspects without being distracted by all its different bells and whistles.

Pros:

Digging deeper into the product it can be so powerful with integrations and automations within the software that you can build out some incredible workflows and functionality that spans so many areas of the business.

Cons:

Its quite complex to use properly. We use it for project management mainly but without getting external help I dont think we would be able to get it setup properly.

monday.com is a reliable workspace solution

Pros:

monday.com is quite cost effective and realible workspace.

Cons:

monday.com is little bit expensive to use for small teams.

Great way to stay on track with large projects

Pros:

Simple way to delegate tasks and status of tasks.

Cons:

Wish there was a more custom way to organize archival tasks among my team.

Practice management

Comments: I like it as a whole but definitely learning curve to figure out how to effectively use it for our team

Pros:

Different boards, lots of users, ability to assign tasks

Cons:

Not as simple as it could be which makes it a difficult learning curve

Good product but pricing structure not great.

Pros:

I like the features and the ability to create workflows and tasks to get done with a team.

Cons:

It is a little too pricy in my opinion and if you go over 5 employees then you have to pay for 10...which is stupid.

monday.com is a game-changer at productivity and organization

Comments: It's a blast a keeping myself organized with monday.com. I don't know how I survived without it before. I am significantly more organized and have way less stress trying to keep track of what needs done with which projects.

Pros:

I love how easy it is to organize my projects and their tasks using monday.com. I can set request date, due dates, start and end dates. There's a ton of customizability!

Cons:

Their automations are a tease. When you first set up a free account they let you use automations for a couple weeks, and then turn them off. You have to have a paid account to use any automations. Even if a two or three automations were available to a free account would be nice.

Exploring the Benefits of Monday.com

Comments: In our case, monday.com was introduced to the workers, and they have given rather positive feedback. The presentation of the project through the platform with pictures enables many people to see the progress of the project at first glance.

Pros:

Monday.com has a lot going for it, with a beautiful and customizable board system as its main selling point. Another interesting is that it has the so-called “pulse” to immediately show the state and workload of a particular project and team members.

Cons:

A weakness that could improve for monday.com: Lack of detailed reporting, though creating ready reports can be problematic.

I absolutely love my monday.com software!

Comments: My overall experience with this software has been EXCEPTIONAL! I absolutely love it, and I use it each, and every single day in my business. I couldn't perform my work without these tools that Monday.com provides me.

Pros:

I love the over functionality of the software. It's so very easy to use even my grandson can operate this software, and in my opinion the very best reasons that this is my go to for project management.

Cons:

This may sound cliche but my truth. I don't have one single bad thing to say about this software. Every single thing I purchased it for, it exceeded that and some. I'm over the moon and have been recommending to everyone that I know!

Seamless and quick work integration. Moved from Asana to Monday.com and loving it.

Comments: I previously used Asana but did not like their paid tier after your free trial is over. Monday.com also is better because you do not need to provide credit card information.

Pros:

Easy to setup. The onboarding process is quick and seamless!

Cons:

Overall, I really enjoyed the product much better than competitors like Asana and Trello.

Comments: For our research project, it can improve efficiency and optimize workflows by integrating easily with a variety of other tools and applications, including Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack.

Pros:

As a project director, I find it effortless to navigate and efficiently manage projects with Monday.com's visually appealing and intuitive interface.It can improve teamwork for my research project by providing powerful collaboration features like file sharing, real-time updates, and communication tools.Project directors can more quickly evaluate the status of their work and spot possible bottlenecks thanks to Monday.com's visual features, which include color-coded boards and charts.

Cons:

Performance problems, such as sporadic glitches or slow loading times, have been reported by some users and can reduce productivity. Advanced time tracking and comprehensive resource management are two examples of advanced project management features that might be absent or call for extra third-party tools.

Fantastic tool to upgrade an agency's project management

Comments: I started utilising this tool as we updated our internal agency operations, and it's been nothing short of transformative for pulling MI data, assigning work and keeping our teams constantly updated.

Pros:

The breadth of functionality and customisation!

Cons:

Sub-itemisation causes problems when pulling through MI data, this has limited plenty of expansive project management systems that we could have created.

Monday.com for the small business operator

Comments: We integrated Monday.com into our operating systems a year ago and have just renewed our contract. Our business is on the smaller side but we do have multiple locations. It has allowed me as an executive director with the company to oversee all four of our business with ease. I feel I am able to be informed on all aspects of each location without ever physically setting foot in them.

Pros:

Monday has allowed my organization to be more organized. Utilizing Monday.com's functionality we have been able to stream line company process assisting in our overall operations.

Cons:

I have yet to experience any flaws with Monday.com. I find their support team to be responsive and informative any time I encounter an issue. Any issues have been strictly user based and there have not been any with the software itself.

Mondays Never Bore When Managing Projects since monday.com Automates the Entire Process

Pros:

monday.com makes it super easy to plan, track and manage complex tasks and projects automatically.

Cons:

monday.com is among the few flawless PPM tools which I have ever used.

monday.com is a premium product that help manage work strategically.

Comments: Our overall experience with monday.com has been glorious. This phenomenal work management tool offer us with premium collection of features that help us to manage our work in more controlled way. It has made it easy for us to combine our efforts and work together on our tasks through collaboration. monday.com has given us a lifeline in work management.

Pros:

monday.com gives us a great collection of task management tools that allows us to plan, prioritize and strategize our daily tasks. It is very flexible allowing us to customize it to meet our unique work management needs. monday.com had dashboards that keep us on always on the look out of what is happening and makes it easy to monitor our work progress. It has automations that helped us to carry out the routine tasks automatically without any human intervention. monday.com also gives us AI analytics that offer excellent insights that help us make informed decisions about our work. Its advanced team communication and collaboration tools help us to work together as one team on our work.

Cons:

monday.com has been excellent in every way and we have loved everything about it. No issues or challenges to report about.

Comments: Once we set up and added all of our team to the program, it becomes so easy to help everyone stay focused on our tasks at hand.

Pros:

Great communication between ALL the associates and/or board members. As each days work updates or changes, it is so very easy through monday.com to keep everyone in sync.

Cons:

What I face as I use monday.com is getting everyone to use it. Daily updates and communication is so necessary to our progress. I find myself having to constantly remind the "chosen few" to check in to monday.com for important information needed to complete our business.

Comments: Our journey with monday.com has been a greatly productive one. It has made running our projects to become much easier and efficient. By giving us a collaborative space to work from, monday.com has enabled everyone in our organization to be part of our projects.

Pros:

The best thing has been the collaborative space that make it easily achievable to align and keep each one of us working together during our projects. monday.com also has been exceptional in offering project planning functions that help us stay focused on attaining projects main objectives. Also, the stunning visual dashboards has been doing an impeccable job of giving us eyesight into our project activities which makes it possible to ensure everything is heading the right direction.

Cons:

monday.com has been so perfect to responding to our needs. There is no time we have had any complaints.

Monday has increased team efficiency a lot

Comments: Overall Monday has been a very easy to use, time effective, its very visual which i like too. Email notifications are one of te best features to make sure tasks are completed on time and provides updates to other team members concerned too.

Pros:

Customisable to suit different needs/ uses, notifications through email so nothing is missed, updates from tech team to email so we know when work has been done, saves time through automated emails.

Cons:

Limited availability for colours on the colour coding system. It can be difficult to navigate when looking for specific things. Unable to tag/ mentions users when leaving updates through email.

The diligent work of monday.com in team project management makes it the ultimate best.

Comments: monday.com has given us access to very solid team work management platform that sees us plan and manage our projects diligently. The experience using monday.com has been so outstanding. monday.com help us ensure that we are always doing the right thing at the right time.

Pros:

monday.com shows great flexibility which was why it was easy to customize it to match with our needs. It has very productive project planning and management tools that makes it easy for us to run our projects efficiently and smoothly. monday.com advanced security features always ensure our projects information is safe and sound. The reporting functions provide us with very useful metrics that allows us to determine our performances and ways to make them better.

Cons:

There is nothing really within monday.com that has not met our expectations.

Pros:

I like that monday.com not only offers PPM, time tracking and file sharing but also has team collab and internal communications in one place.

Cons:

Ever since I started using monday.com, I have never come across issues which lasted for more than 24 hours unattended.

My Remarkable 6 Years Experience with monday.com

Pros:

It’s been over six years ever since I incorporated monday.com in my previous organization as Senior Account. All along, it has enables me to save time by enhancing collaboration, instant messaging, project management, time tracking etc all-in-one place.

Cons:

Every aspect works perfectly lit for me while using monday.com - there is no noticeable bug at the moment.
