I emailed them directly, asking for a rough estimate of wait time, and to better explain why there are delays. No response after 3 days. Also, the training videos are quick, soundless videos of someone clicking through charts, with no further detail. Also, I’m paying for this, but unable to use it. > > So far, not a good start. Mine is a very small physician practice and I chose this as my first EMR because I thought it would be a good fit for small practices. This company is not interested in working with small businesses or trying to improve their product or pricing to fit the small practice experience. They actually seem to enjoy flexing their muscles to force you to do what works better for them. It was a very disheartening experience to say the least and I hope others can learn from my experience.
