It helps enable a lot of things to be manually checked automated. I had first used this when an interview was scheduled with a company. They shared the link and I was able to schedule the interview based on my availability and slots prescribed by the interviewer. It comes with integration with the calendar you use - say outlook or any calendar you use for daily lookup for your meetings.
