Comments: Using Zapier workflow automation, we were able to mimic a google workspace type experience for our project management needs which we chose box because of a 20+ year relationship and its robust list of available integration options thanks to its multi-decade cultivating of relationships unmatched by any of their competitors.

Pros:

Their Cloud infrastructure is one of the original online storage spaces, which i have used since 2001 to keep my songwriting files secure. My favorite unique advantage that box has is its file versioning. As a songwriter it can be challenging saving updated lyrics though still utilizing autosave to avoid unintended deletion. File versioning combines the two and organizes all versions, with an easy selectbox convenient for final drafting.

Cons:

Their workspace is pretty generic, which can be more seamless as a one-stop project management superapp, which is made possible by zapier

Comments: Box has a fantastic security for protecting our data.

Pros:

Box offers incredible security features like data encryption. This helps to protect you data from malicious activities. Box has an amazing customer support.

Cons:

There nothing that is wrong with this platform.

Popular but not as fast-running for all devices

Comments: a lot of companies use this to share files safely

Pros:

ease of use, easy to share files through one cloud

Cons:

It makes my device run so slow- I can only use it on specific devices because it makes it all take so long to load on the box on my pc

Better than the rest

Comments: Came for the file storage. Staying for the wide array of features to edit, collaborate, protect, and organize my work.

Pros:

Besides being a file sharing and storage software, it excels where other software does not even come close. I like the features to edit docs and files. The integration with google workspace, adobe, and microsoft office make this so essential. The security features are also not something I realized I valued until I started using box. I just feel like my files and my data are taken care of when I use this service.

Cons:

There is no beating around the bush here: box is expensive. But also... lots of storage services are these days. The free version does not get you very far. I think it's the same space Google Drive gives you, but again, the features within box cannot be found elsewhere.

The Best Software For Storing File's.

Comments: I find Box to be an easy platform to use and a good one to use to store data.

Pros:

It has many features and it's easy to use Box. It is easy to share files with Box and it also organizes our files well.

Cons:

Their is absolutely nothing to hate with this platform.

Comments: It is always great to work with a five star platform.

Pros:

Me I feel like Box has made storing things online easy because I can access my data from the cloud easily. Box has the best integrations ever. Box's customer support team is dependable on.

Cons:

I haven't had any challenges with this platform.

Easy File Searchability and Management

Comments: Overall Box makes organization easier for our small marketing agency. We have tens of thousands of files, if not hundreds, and they're all easily found via the Box app and website.

Pros:

Box makes organizing our server a breeze and finding files quick and easy. The search function and the ability to filter by file type is huge.

Cons:

Depending on specific settings set by the admin, file links sometimes disappear and become inactive. Although this is good for safety reasons, it makes referring to old files a bit inconvenient.

A Formidable Tool for Files Storage and Sharing.

Comments: It's simple to access files with Box on any device, anytime. I can easily search files quickly when using Box.

Pros:

Box enables ease to organize and manage files and documents. It is simple to share files faster using Box. I like how Box enables secure files storage.

Cons:

I have no negative remarks to make about Box as it best suits all my needs.

Simple and sorted file sharing

Comments: Experience is good and helpful with Box. As our main work is logs management and analyse the logs by taking it from customer. This work is easy with Box to take logs and to see the issues with easy storing and sharing capabilities.

Pros:

1. Helpful in storing and accessing large size files with ease and security. 2. Easy login if there is a account and can provide permission to each file. 3. Sharing files with short links, handling company data and signatures are effective and not a big deal now.

Cons:

1. It urge to create account who is not in box to access file which sometimes a headache for customers, 2. Quite costly for small organizations.

Box is amazing

Comments: It offers free storage and it’s content is easily shareable.

Pros:

I like how secure and convenient it is for storing and sharing files online.

Cons:

It makes everything we do easy, organized and quick to share so nothing to dislike.

Comments: Great. It's so easy to use and I can do all my backup files and sharing files with clients in the same place so I don't have to duplicate work.

Pros:

No limit to file size or number of files and folders for the business (PRO) account.

Cons:

If you want truly unlimited file size and number of files you have to make quite a big leap in price from the standard account.

Box is the lowest priced best management service

Comments: Box is fantastic for keeping everything managed and stored in one place. I really appreciate how competitive the pricing is compared to other options. The software has no crashed on me yet and I do trust that all my files are safe. It is quickly accessed through any phone or laptop (or tablet).

Pros:

Box provides me easy access to all of my documents, files, and data, at an affordable price with a no nonsense software and universal support structure.

Cons:

I wish apple had an integration with Box and iCloud natively. It is its own separate app.

Easy to Naviagate, Easy to Share

Comments: I am very happy with the functionality, and how easy it out to create custom access and share links. The search feature also works well when you are looking for specific documents.

Pros:

I like how easy it is to customize and share files with specific parties. I like how customizable the layouts and folders are.

Cons:

I wish there was real time editing inside the tab you are viewing, same as Teams, Dropbox or Google Drive. I have oft had to teach people that they need to open the view only file in the "online" version and edit there.

Box is a great file storage, sharing, and collaboration tool.

Comments: Overall, the last 4+ years the tool has been really helpful for our organization. We also feel more secure adding files in Box that are sensitive vs Google Drive, so we use this as a backup up location for these types of files.

Pros:

Cloud storage of files that are also accessible in the cloud and desktop. Ability to limit access across staff, project teams, and internal or external organizations. Large capacity for file storage at your fingertips.

Cons:

Some features are not as thoughtout as other tools: renaming large amounts of items like photos, moving files from one folder to another, and many times links shared to outside orgs and emails dont work the first time.

Box is reliable when it comes to secure document management and collaboration

Comments: Overall, Box is a very reliable and secure platform for cloud storage and collaboration, which offers users a rather vast range of features to support document management and team collaboration.

Pros:

Box excels is great for file sharing and storage, offering solid encryption and access controls that help protect sensitive information by the users you select. The platform is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. you can have real-time editing and commenting, which enhance teamwork and streamline workflows, and you can do all that from your mobile phone through their dedicated app, allowing users to manage files and collaborate from anywhere.

Cons:

Overall I don't have many cons to point out for Box. Maybe an chat box or messaging options could prove helpful during overall communication.

I improve my work tools

Comments: improves the organization, security and control of the projects that I am carrying out with my team

Pros:

It allows me to have better prepared work with my team to prepare projects, having all the information protected and everyone working together for better speed and collaboration among all. It is easy to access from any device and this allows me to always be in contact and work from wherever I am without having to be in person at the office.

Cons:

I would only like the response times from the customer service team to be faster and not have to wait for long responses.

Box the great tool to keep your files secure

Pros:

Easy to use Content management platform

Pros:

It is a secure platform that provides a secure environment for my data and keeps everything safe. It does not sell or steal anything from our data like other cheap software available in the market. Its sync features work amazingly and uploads data in very little time. If I talk about the cost it is a cost-effective tool and provides premium type of services to not only me but also to all users of Box.

Cons:

Box provides secure services, there is nothing to dislike about this tool. I appreciate its team for developing the great features that have created easiness in managing our precious data.

Box vs. Case Management

Comments: It took time for me to understand the platform. Once I did it was an easy file system for the duration, until the company went to a Case Management system.

Pros:

The ability to file documents and able to access from multiple location's.

Cons:

A patient had to be moved manually when he/she went from Active to Inactive. It would have been nice to have a way to select Inactive and it moved on its own.

Box - easy, effective and secure cloud storage you can totally rely on

Comments: Happy I found this years ago. When I was a teacher, I would put student documents online, so they could access the notes later - and they also loved getting teh free introduction to using Box.

Pros:

I like the way it integrates. I use it with Trello. I also have a folder of all my details for when I travel, like photos of my passport, tickets and contact numbers. It means I can access these from anywhere if the world if needed.

Cons:

Nothing. It's a great product and works really well. There's nothing to complain about with Box

Backup files to the cloud with Box!

Pros:

Has made it easy for us to securely store files. We can easily collaborate and share files and documents with others. Also i like it’s strong security in the cloud.

Cons:

It is great for secure file sharing and collaboration, nothing that I dislike towards it.

Ideal and very decent platform

Comments: Overall Box is an ideal tool that since it was implemented does all that we anticipated.

Box is great for ensuring that everyone in our organization has access to files we need in a relatively timely manner.It makes sharing large files extremely easy to accomplish.The link provided to view files allows for easy navigation and files load open very easily.

So far I have been pleasantly pleased with the efficiency of the operating system on the whole.

Great application for storing and sharing files

Pros:

I can store any type of file,folder and emails in Box.Additionally,the idea that we can collaborate and organize files across our team members is very useful.Finally I like the ecosystem that Box has(mobile app,web interface etc)which is amazing and at par.

Cons:

When there is an autage of Box,it is hard to get any work done becouse all my files are within Box but this happens rarely.
