Custom columns and budget tracking (monthly/fixed) give good flexibility for managing multiple projects. Time tracking core functionality is reliable, and the learning curve is low for new team members.

> **Cons**: No search in the timesheet user dropdown — have to scroll the full list, which slows down project collaboration at scale. The Projects section loads slowly at times, affecting the time tracking flow. No bulk overwrite via spreadsheet for fixing historical time data — tedious for retroactive corrections. Historical team names aren't tracked, which creates gaps in reporting. Invoicing could be more powerful with better filtering options.
