Pros:

I like the fitness tracking and the ease of use. My account rep Jeremiah Ahart has been phenomenal with question and fast response times. He has made this process very smooth and removed all doubt that this is a powerful upgrade that we are making as a facility to add more value to the market place while delivering solutions that our members will rave about.

Cons:

At the current time I don't have any cons. Only thing I could say is that it doesn't directly integrate with Wix but with the sub links used it should make everything seamless.

Pros:

1. Outstanding customer support (Shoutout [sensitive content hidden]!) 2. Customizable features and powerful tools 3. Branded mobile apps and client portal

Cons:

1. It works well as a "fitness" programming tool, but there's some weakness as a "sports performance" programming tool. 1a: Video analysis tools for sports skill remote coaching would be useful. 2. Nutrition coaching has to be manual. Automating that would be easier.

Comments: Overall the platform is easy to manage and we are happy with our Customer Success Manager.

Pros:

Our customer success manager is very knowledgable and very responsive.

Cons:

It is difficult to set up gift card options for someone to purchase a gift card to give to another person. It would be great to have a feature where anyone can purchase a gift card (without having to create an account), a one time code is automatically generated and can be applied to any product or service.

Comments: Overall great, support is great. Just a few small details I would want to see improved

Pros:

Custom app, modifiable, ease of use, customer support

Cons:

App exits out of you phone if you switch to different app during workout. Analytics are hard to capture with integrating ads. Inputing 1RM with clients doesn’t transfer to client measurements. Building workouts is cumbersome as you can’t edit sets and reps for each week and exercise at the same time. Least favorite is that video hosting now cost money and framework changed. Using YouTube was a lot easier.

Good product

Comments: Overall it’s been good. We’ve been using exercise.com for 3 years now.

Pros:

We love how we can put workouts together and people can access them from all over. The customer service and onboarding process was great too. Easy to set up.

Cons:

The way it does billing is a bit wonky. It’s so hard to change charge dates and is confusing. The only way I have been able to figure it out is to start a new contract and cancel the old one which isn’t a good way to do it.

Comments: When individuals have downloaded the app, they have reported a very positive experience which has been great. Not much we can do about people who have trouble navigating tech. Personally haven’t leveraged the software to its full capacity but whenever I have a question or want to implement something new, [sensitive content hidden] / tech support has always been quick to answer and very helpful.

Pros:

Ease of use and automations have made it easy for billing and communicating messages.

Cons:

There has been confusion for some parents on the registration process but most of that comes from user error. If there was a way to have registration lead to a breakdown / tutorial on how to use the app, that would help parents a lot.

Comments: I like the platform so far, I think price point works well enough for my budget that I can be a life long customer

Pros:

All of my clients think the app is great for accessing their workouts. Abby was great helping me understand how to use the platform.

Cons:

Sometimes my videos didn’t upload. It took me a while to learn how to use the platform and figure what best suits my business but that comes with learning.

Comments: We went through purchase, set up and have been using successfully for the past couple of years and have been very pleased. Every time we have had an issue, question or concern, we will reach out to our POC, Abbie, and get a quick response.

Pros:

Ease of use and customer support! Super quick response to asked questions.

Have not found any negatives yet! But, we’re always looking for ways to make it and us better.

Comments: Really good. Overall we are happy with the product and what it is able to do for our business.

Pros:

The service reps are friendly and professional, know their stuff, and are pretty quick to respond. [sensitive content hidden] is our rep and does a wonderful job taking care of our needs and guiding us through the software.

Cons:

Overall it's a great product. There are a couple of software issues like bill dates that don't show correctly on our end when we pause members.

A software that does everything

Comments: I needed a new platform for our business as we were expanding. Now we use the software to book for classes, personal training, massage, physical therapy, facials etc. We also run a 24/7 gym using this software to sell and manage it and use Kisi (integrated with exercise.com) for door access.

Pros:

The ability to do EVERYTHING on 1 platform..... and my trainer [sensitive content hidden]:)

Cons:

I can't come up with anything significant.

Comments: Sage has been very helpful during the migration process. It's scary to switch your software but the whole Exercise.com team really steps in and walks you through every step. I can't imagine switching to anything else. We are very excited to get our facility up and running with this all-in-one software!

Pros:

Most excited to have full customization of the platform for our business as well as a fully custom app. Migration team and onboarding team has been very attentive. Very robust and easy to use software so far. Love how modern it is and doesn't look like Windows 99.

Cons:

We are still in migration process. So far I don't have any cons. I feel that the team is very responsive so if there was an issue they would be able to assist or adapt to fit our needs.

Make the switch!!!

Comments: I decided to make the switch from a very frustrating gym management platform to Exercise.com based on a recommendation from the team at Monarch Clubs. I could not be ANY happier with how things have gone so far! The communication is the best out of any company I have ever worked. I knew that Exercise.com would be an investment however in the last month of being onboarded, I can honestly say that it is worth every penny and then some. We can not wait to see how Exercise.com pushes our gym forward!

Pros:

Customer Support. Features. Integration. White Labeled. Very Professional Aesthetic. You have a whole to help you navigate the software.

Cons:

It is an advanced software platform. Tons of features can be a bit overwhelming HOWEVER customer support is with you every step of the way

Comments: Exercise.com helped get out business up and running and for that we are very grateful for the platform and what it allowed us to do. However, as we evolved as a business and our specific needs became more clear, we felt limited and slowed down by the platform in significant ways. We were still able to function well and carry on our business but after learning of wellness living's platform and the innovations in their software compared to exercise.com, it was very clear that it was in the best interest of the business to transition to the new platform.

Pros:

Met a majority of our business needs with client management, booking, staff management, attendance record, billing, etc.

Cons:

Not conducive for simple transactions such as storefront guest checkout, product inventory. Web portal felt disconnected and scattered in terms of work flow. Reporting were limited and not as functional. Automation features were limited and problematic. Interface not as clean as wellness living, which made it difficult to train new staff members. Customer support was good but sometimes difficult to get a call with a representative to provide quick solutions.

Comments: It's been a good experience. The product keeps my business organized. i also like how you can customize it to make it your own by adding video tutorials, etc.

Pros:

The customer service, Abbie has been with me every step of the way to answer any and all questions always in a timely fashion !

Cons:

Not loving all of the new updates. Also i wish you could scan people in and i've had a lot of trouble linking my card reader to the Exercise.com. I've never been able to get it to work.

Great onboarding process!

Pros:

Working with [sensitive content hidden] was so seamless. She was able to take the time to listen to our every needs and really develop solutions to the best of her ability. She was well versed in all of the solutions and capabilities of the app. Clearly the best experience was the onboarding process.

Cons:

The build out for the app took over 90 days and was caught in the middle of a process change that effected delivering our app. While I understand that it is not the norm, it was my experience.

Comments: Great experience. I am new to the platform and still am testing things out. The team is great. Platform seems very functional and user friendly (once you get used to it). The tech support and your account manager are with you every step of the way. It made a huge difference.

Pros:

Great customer service and support from the team. Weekly calls to get you up to speed are extremely helpful. The team members are very quick to respond to emails.

Cons:

No real Cons, like with any new system, it takes time to learn it and get used to it. The app process takes a while to get started and move forward. Lot's of back and forth.

Great Product!

Pros:

I love how easy the platform is to use for a technical guy like myself. I love the flexibility that it has and the ability to make basically whatever I want and need for my business.

Cons:

It can tend to feel a little robotic and rigid at times which can turn some of my clients off.
