> Honestly don't know how we managed before Missive. Our old system was just a nightmare of forwarded emails and CC chains. Now everything's centralized and everyone knows what's happening. The transparency alone has probably saved us hours each week. Setup was straightforward and support was helpful when we had questions. I am very happy with this choice.

The automation handles all the sorting that we used to do manually. And the templates we put together for our most repeated situations - confirming payments, explaining late fees, laying out payment plan terms - have genuinely cut the time I spend on routine emails way down.
