Comments: My Overall experience with Zoom Events and Webinars has mostly been positive but not without it's challenges. However, there is room for improvement such as the customization for event. All in all its a solid platform.

Pros:

I like that Zoom is easy to set up and navigate. It allows large number of participant, making it great for webinars. It video and audio quality is also topnotch. The interactive tools such as the chat feature keeps the audience more engaged. I also love the whiteboard feature and it collaboration features.

Cons:

What I like least about Zoom is limited customization for event branding and design.

Running Webinar Events on Zoom

Comments: I have used Zooms Events and Webinars to plan and prepare marketing and informational webinars for past few months as I prepare to launch them and use them to market my company.

Pros:

Zoom event s and webinars brings the great quality of the Zoom online meeting platform and combines it with scheduling and webinar capabilities offering marketers and online educators and webinar publishers a great platform to run their ongoing webinar series allowing them to plan and promote webinars several months in advance.

Cons:

I believe the event scheduling system can still be improved.

Zoom is a good backup virtual meeting space

Comments: Zoom is a good backup to have on the laptop (I wouldn't waste space on the phone downloading this single-use app). I much prefer GMeet or MSTeams, not only for the ease of use and functionality, but the interface also looks a lot better. Zoom looks like it was made back in the dial-up era. The interface looks old and clunky.

Pros:

Zoom is a pioneer in the video meeting space and for that, I will always feel a bit nostalgic about it. I like the background noise canceling (and the various degrees of background noise canceling) the best, as well as the ease of changing the background.

Cons:

I don't like that there is no option to do the Zoom meeting through the web browser - the app has to be downloaded to be accessed. It also updates without warning and I have been late many times due to the spontaneous and long updates (although the big changes are not really felt). The chat can also look quite messy if you want to message someone individually vs make a comment to the whole group.

A great tool for webinars,workshops and online classes

Comments: I had a very good experience with zoom while using it for a one-on-one meeting,for hosting a webinar or assisting to one and for interactive classroom(the features like reactions make the class more efficient and interactive)

Pros:

I think the platform is very easy to use,it s not complicated especially for beginners and educators who don't have time for technical issues and need to focus more on the content. I also like the quality of videos and audios

Cons:

The limited time of a session(40 min is too short)

Elevated our company to new heights!

Pros:

As someone with zero experience in event set up, its user-friendly interface makes it easy! I was hesitant at first to venture into this territory but knew our company would benefit and grow from giving it a try. We have been able to reach so many more people because of it! It has elevated our company with features like screen sharing, live captions, and Q&A sessions enhancing the overall experience for everyone. It is customizable, easy to brand, and the support team has been incredible in helping us navigate the platform.

Cons:

As with many platforms of this kind, the audio and video quality can be inconsistent. Even after upgrading our equipment, we ran into issues with the quality that were a poor reflection of the content we wanted to represent our company. Zoom was tremendous though with helping us troubleshoot.

Very Useful for Large Events and Webinars.

Comments: My experience with Zoom, for the purpose of events and webinars, has been good. I appreciate the features available to host successful meetings.

Pros:

Zoom is a fantastic tool when using it to host events and webinars. My favorite features are breakout rooms, being able to assign co-hosts, and ability to mute attendees.

Cons:

When a person joins, they are given the option to turn off their camera in the beginning, but I haven't seen the option to turn off the mic too. This causes hosts and attendees to often unknowingly join with their mic on. It would be great to have a feature that automatically keeps the mic off when joining.

Awesome in every way

Comments: Zoom is a flawless meeting/webinar application and it used daily for internal and external meetings

Pros:

Zoom is extremely easy to use and I how accessible it is across web and mobile

Cons:

I havent found anything I dislike about Zoom so far.

The right choice for Events and Webinars

Comments: Overall Zoom Events and Webinars is a great software with overall great functionality and use.

Pros:

Zoom events and webinars is a great way to schedule and get your events and webinars out to a wide group of people from anywhere in the world

Cons:

It is hard to find cons that specifically pertain to Zoom itself, my only thing would be even in some decent connection areas, your zoom could be slightly delayed or off. I have had some instances where people were waiting but never seen.

Zoom is Awesome

Comments: Zoom events and webinars has been the way that I connect with collogues, classmates, friends and family alike.

Pros:

I love zoom for its screen sharing feature.

Cons:

I cannot think of any cons when using zoom platform.

Comments: Overall a simple and easy experience from both ends as a viewer and host

No frills or thrills but it gets the job done, I've never had an issue

Comments: Since Covid began, Zoom is indispensable for people in higher education. I get upset if I have to use another platform!

Pros:

I can’t picture today’s world of easily attended, widely accessible webinars in my areas of interest without Zoom.

Cons:

Sometimes it is difficult to know who is host, and only the host can find out. But overall this is good, to limit access to those in charge.

Effective meeting tool

Comments: Very good tool for online meetings.
Even a user has little background of computer, (s)he is able to set up a meeting and manage the meeting smoothly.

Pros:

Easy to setup, use and manage. The application on computers is designed clearly and the users can easily find the functions.

Cons:

The design on mobiles needs to be improved. Need a conversational voice assistant

Zoom the saviour in covid 19 pandemic

Comments: Zoom allowed us to connect to students in teaching during the pandemic

Pros:

Zoom is the best option available in market for real time confrencing. it allows you to connect to multiple people at time. screen sharing feature allows you to present more effectively. You can even share files with it. The security controls provided to the host are amazing. he/she gets every power in his /her hand. Multi-host allows you to transfer the responsibilities to each other. Meeting add to calender makes your schedule very quickly. you dont need to look here and there for your upcoming meetings. In covid 19 it helped us to connect with students and loved ones.

Cons:

i didn't like the costing of the zoom . the pricing is pretty much high. There are many a times connectivity issues while connecting to the meeting. Many a times even the password of meeting is correct ,it shows please enter correct password.

Zoom Events

Comments: My Overall Zoom experience is firstly joining in on a meeting that will soon accomplish something sensational while seeing so many faces on the screen. Zoom Events and webinars are very informative and educational gives you great creative entertainment in a positive light. Positive individuals planning to make a difference and build a better foundation in all circumstances and categories. Its a great form of togetherness and I think of Zoom as a form of positive intuitive strength.

Pros:

Zoom Events are very exciting and creative you get to see the actual progress of a particular project or event you have been planning. Its a concise structure of abilities and capabilities building together as a team player.

Cons:

What I would say about most zooms webinars are a slight bit timely the plus side is all the great information positive impacts on self awareness and self confidence the endless opportunities that approach once in attendance of an event and all the motivational speakers, teachers, listeners and thinkers together in one setting. Time is all we need to become successful.

Zoom: Best Video Conference from Pandemic era until Now

Comments: overall it was a positive experience with Zoom video conference, there's no issue as long as i used my account.

Pros:

its easy to use, to communicate with others, it helps me personally to arrange my agenda of any events and webinars via mobile or even web.

Cons:

can be used without subscribe even just one hour for free session.

Comments: Overall, I am totally satisfied with Zoom. It is a wonderful peer-to-peer meeting application. It helps professionals save a lot of time and money.

Zoom is a wonderful application for setting up online meetings and webinars. It is very secure and relibale. It is very user-friendly. You can conrol the users' access while in a meeting or webinar call. It is very affordable and perfect for professionals. Using Zoom I was able to save a lot of time at work, by connecting quickly with my co-workers.

Cons:

I do not have any dislikes about Zoom. The customer service can be improved. I have had a problem, and I could not solve it in a short time (through the customer service chat). I totally recommend Zoom!

Effective way of holding events

Comments: having used it for more than 2years, events i have held have been very successful, no further delays and disappointments

Very clear audio, quality of the video, fast connectivity

What I like least about Zoom Events and Webinars are the occasional connectivity issues because they can sometimes disturb the flow of the events or meetings.

Zoom as a game changer in corporate meetings

Comments: For me as user of this product I would say it has been amazing right from the first time I used it during Covid-19 period to now when am using it in my place of work

Personally zoom Events and Webinar has been a game changer in my area of work since we are able to conduct meeting with my team at any time. The flexibility that comes with this product is just astounding.

Cons:

I would only recommend room for maybe offer a session to be more than 1 hour as opposed to 40 minutes

Best Video Conferencing Solution for conducting webinars and presentations

Pros:

Ease of use, saas based offering, video quality, available on mobile as well as app, recording option is good, zoom client is lite, virtual breakout room available

Cost is increasing every year, concern about security features. Sometime app update is pain
