I like I can call analogic phone numbers directly from my computer, and the audio quality is quite good in normal conditions. It is easy to use, although sometimes I've faced strange problems due to misconfiguration and I took too much time on solving them (specially problems with headphones/microphone). The GUI is quite intuitive although I'd improve a little bit some parts of it, for example the user-management-related. In general I recommend its use.
