Me and my team can all edit the same document at once and see changes instantly, no more sending versions back and forth like the old days. Free is also a big plus, we saved so much money compared to buying Microsoft Office licenses. Sharing links is simple and works great for clients too. > > **Cons**: Sometimes it gets laggy when the document becomes too long or has lots of images. Formatting can be a pain, especially if you copy paste from Word it messes up everything. Also the mobile app is okay but not as smooth as on desktop. Another thing I genuinely appreciate is the auto save. It sounds small until you lose a 3,000 word assignment on some other software and suddenly Google Docs starts looking like a hero in a cape.
