Excellent tool with many options. Great even in the limited free version.
Comments: Excellent. I use it for contacts and to keep track of emails, and it is a great help. The integration with Gmail makes it very easy to save all the emails, and even to send emails directly from Hubspot. It is really a great help.
Pros:
I love the flexibility it offers in customising some fields, including in the free version. It is a great way to start using and testing it before engaging in a more advanced use.
Cons:
Some parts of the user management are not ideal, meaning that, for example, it is impossible to read a thread of emails.
The best space to achieve continuous tracking and winning new deals.
Comments: With HubSpot all your updates in one place, boost collaboration and engagement around everything that's driving new deals.
Pros:
HubSpot is easy to use, its amazing dashboards help me seamlessly collaborate and manage my marketing tasks. HubSpot keeps everything in one place, clear and easy to track. I love how it seamlessly connects email, calendar, keeping my team and I on the same page at all times. I love how HubSpot captures every detail from the source and provides very detailed data that helps me reach better targeting. The live analytics let me instantly adjust campaigns and see results improve immediately. I love how I can pull up reports that show everything about the opportunities our team is working on.
Cons:
HubSpot has everything we need, simplifies tasks without complications. Incorporating some charts can help us understand the current situation faster.
Not sure why they have such great reviews
Comments: Our sales and marketing team find HubSpot actually quite hard to use. If our company was to switch from it, no one would miss it. Marketing has already decided to use Customer.io and sales is looking else where as well.
Pros:
It's a fairly powerful platform, but when directly compared with Keap or Customer.io. It's not exactly better for the cost. They likely have more integrations than anybody else. That's about it. I feel like they stopped caring about their customers as much while they tried to sell their company in Google earlier this year.
Cons:
Hubspot use to be the easiest to use all-in-one platform. But, these days allow their competitors have caught up and charge less. When you have a problem with the product or the integration you built, their service is not very helpful.
Easy and simple but can be expensive as you add features
Comments: HubSpots' interface is simple and intuitive. The ease of use is the reason we went with HubSpot. The integration with 3rd party plug-ins, such as Zoominfo, is simple to setup and rarely goes down.
Pros:
I like the ease of use in creating emails, web forms and landing pages. The reporting that and seamless integration with building and adding contacts works perfectly.
Cons:
I use the regular Marketing hub if you want to upgrade to the professional version it comes at a steep cost. HubSpot in general nickle and dimes you on a lot of their services.
A One-Stop Shop for Streamlined Marketing
Comments: Overall, I’m happy with HubSpot Marketing Hub because it helped me and my freelancers stay organized and run campaigns more smoothly. We saved a lot of time having everything (email, social, automation, analytics) under one roof instead of juggling separate tools. Even though there’s a bit of a learning curve and you have to watch the costs, it’s a solid solution if you want a platform that grows with your company and keeps all your marketing efforts in sync.
Pros:
I really enjoy how HubSpot Marketing Hub ties so many marketing tasks together. The email builder is easy to use, and you can automate campaigns without jumping between different tools. It’s also nice having a clear view of how leads move through the funnel, and the reporting is detailed enough for me to spot trends and make quick decisions. On top of that, the support materials (like tutorials and guides) were helpful for getting our team up to speed.
Cons:
Pricing can become a challenge as you grow. Once you need more contacts or add-ons, the monthly cost can jump quickly. Another thing is the learning curve—while most features are intuitive, it can still feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially if your team hasn’t used an all-in-one platform before. We spent extra time watching tutorials to really get comfortable with advanced features like workflow automation and detailed reporting.
Bart Durham Injury Law- Communication
Pros:
I really enjoy the ability to have others contact our team in real time.
Cons:
I do not like that there is no verification of phone numbers. A lot of people will leave numbers that are not in service or just do not exist.
Great Tool for Marketing
Comments: Overall, it’s a very helpful tool that has made marketing simpler and more organized for my team. It’s worth using if you want to grow your business.
Pros:
HubSpot is easy to use and brings all your marketing tools into one place. It’s great for managing emails, social media, and tracking leads. The reports are clear and helpful.
Cons:
It can be expensive, especially for small businesses. Some features take time to understand fully.

Good all rounder
Comments: Has helped create a strong foundation for marketing in our business
Pros:
All-in-one solution that addresses most of our needs at a resonable cost
Cons:
Sometimes UI/UX isn't the most initiative
Industry standard
Comments: Overall positive, emails, campaigns, workflows, forms are all working well so far. I've helped to onboard others who have uses other CRM products in the past and they find it pretty straightforward and like the features as well.
Pros:
Ease of use, availability of tools, support.
Cons:
It's a lot at first and some of the tools only come with higher subscriptions, especially related to data.
Works for some areas of our business
Comments: We used it; continue to use it; but not heavily.
Pros:
The marketing hub was easy to use and it was straightforward to integrate other services
Cons:
It's quite daunting at first; I feel like it would benefit from functions being off until asked for.
A Very Flexible Option at a Reasonable Price
Comments: Overall, our experience has been very positive. We have been able to do quite a bit with the basic setup plus custom objects. Any time I need to integrate another platform, it's pretty straightforward.
Pros:
It's a really powerful tool that integrates well with the rest of our tech stack.
Cons:
The menus and navigation are confusing at the best of times. They don't label things the most intuitive names and move things around frequently, so if you don't keep up with their emails and info articles, sometimes you're in for a real surprise when you go to find a feature/menu item.`
Top of the line marketing platform- but very pricey
Comments: We used Hubspot as our CRM, Marketing Hub and Sales Hub. All of our marketing assets were tracked and directed down our funnel.
Pros:
Top of the line marketing software. You are able to drill down into the nitty gritty with Hubspot
Cons:
Very expensive and requires a lot of learning to use. Not for the average team member
Alternatives Considered:
Fantastic products - incredible support
Comments: Wide range of products that are being updated constantly, exceptional support available. Have used HubSpot for 10+ years now.
Pros:
Huge suite of tools that are constantly adapting and being updated to keep with the current market. Exceptional support available.
Cons:
Price can be quite steep, and you often pay for tools you may not make full use of.
Alternatives Considered:
Internal or External - Solid Email Management, Data Collection and CRM
Comments: It did the job we needed it for within the confines of one tech product w/o needing separate services. Typically we'd need an ESP like MailChimp + Landing Page/Funnel Designer like ClickFunnels + CRM like LeadsPedia + plugins to make sure they all spoke to each other. I did all of those things in HubSpot.
Pros:
It made using all of the elements under one brand/UX easier to manage. The email portion was effective and tied in with the landing pages we created which then sorted our B2B CRM. It was an effective tool.
Cons:
It has a bit of a learning curve and there are plenty of features we haven't used simply because they appear to be complicated and not self explanatory.
Alternatives Considered:
Loved it but a bit expensive
Comments: I really loved using it and was sad when we cut costs
Pros:
Everything was so to use from creating email campaigns to social media
Cons:
The cost! for small organizations it's not possible to keep up
Powerful, but not affordable for micro/small businesses
Comments: Very positive, but the pricing model doesn't work for us.
Pros:
HubSpot has a great balance between features and user-friendly interfaces. Almost anyone can set it up to do what they need to, without training or expert help.
Cons:
While powerful, HubSpot isn't exactly friendly for micro and small companies. Advanced features cost too much for businesses with just a select few clients/customers. It's only suited for companies with large volume/very high ARR from each clients. Spending few hundred, and upwards of 1,000 per month is not feasible for most. I would much prefer a usage-based pricing, rather than "feature gating". A company with a dozen of clients using advanced features doesn't "cost" HubSpot nearly the same as a massive company using the same features. Pricing is relatively similar whether you have 10 or 1,000 contacts, and that made us stop using HubSpot as a micro company focused on relationships, not volume.
HubSpot marketing hub review.
Comments: I like the easy to use interface, and all in one solution, and the scalability of it can be good for big and small businesses.
Pros:
Easy to use interface, and all in one solution, combines tools for marketing, sales, customer services and more, this works well with me as I'm not technical skilled.
Cons:
The cost of it can become more expensive as you scale.

All in one Marketing tool
Comments: Overall a superb tool for marketing activities. Mostly hubspot has almost every feature required for a marketing software but lacks some small things also like in their email tool they don't have ''Paint brush'' option like you have in word and this makes it difficult to adjust the formatting of a written email in one go, they are massive company and integrating such a small thing should not be an issue for them.
Pros:
Hubspot is the market leader in terms of marketing automation software, I have been using it for 7 years now. I like the their landing page tool which is super easy with drag and drop feature, other thing is super easy to create web forms for your website , and you can use this forms anywhere with just a help of link.
Cons:
It is indeed a very good tool but very expensive and difficult for small companies with small marketing budgets to accomodate Hubspot in theri marketing budget.

Unlocking Marketing Success: A Comprehensive Review of HubSpot Marketing Hub
Comments: Overall, HubSpot Marketing Hub has significantly improved our marketing efficiency and effectiveness, despite minor pricing concerns. Highly recommended for businesses seeking comprehensive marketing solutions.
Pros:
The comprehensive suite of marketing tools centralized in one platform, intuitive interface, and robust analytics.
Cons:
The pricing structure could be more flexible and transparent, especially for budget-conscious businesses.
Great Tool for Streamlined Marketing
Comments: Overall, my experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub has been great. It’s an intuitive platform that really simplifies managing and scaling marketing efforts. The tools work well together, which makes it easy to create, automate, and track campaigns all in one place. There’s definitely a learning curve with all the features, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a powerful system. It’s helped our team stay organized and has definitely boosted our marketing efficiency.
Pros:
What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how easy it makes everything by keeping all my marketing tools in one place. The platform is super user-friendly, so it doesn’t take long to get campaigns up and running. I especially love the automation features—they save so much time by handling things like email sequences and follow-ups automatically. Plus, having the CRM integration makes tracking customer interactions and targeting much simpler.
Cons:
What I like least about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how quickly the costs can add up, especially as you grow and need more features or contacts. Some of the more advanced tools are only available on higher-tier plans, which can feel limiting. Also, while the platform has a lot of features, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming to navigate, especially for new users.
Awesome... Must have
Pros:
What stands out most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. The seamless integration of tools like email marketing, social media management, and analytics within a single platform simplifies workflows significantly. The marketing automation features are particularly impressive, allowing for streamlined campaign management and better lead nurturing. The built-in CRM ensures smooth communication between marketing and sales teams, enhancing overall efficiency.
Cons:
One drawback is the cost, especially for small businesses or startups. As you scale up, the pricing for advanced features in higher tiers can be prohibitive. Additionally, while the platform offers a variety of features, some customization options and advanced functionalities could be more robust, particularly for enterprises requiring highly tailored solutions. This platform excels in simplifying marketing processes, but budget-conscious users or those with niche requirements might find certain limitations.
I love being able to manage all of my email templates and social content in one place!
Comments: Overall I have has a great experience with Hubspot Marketing. I do a mixture of operations and marketing duties during my day and my experience in the marketing module has helped me in areas of operations as well. The social content scheduling aspect of it has been seamless!
Pros:
I love being able to manage all of my email templates and social content in one place. I also love using the social feature to pre-schedule all of my social media content on various different platforms.
Cons:
I wish there was more customization options when it comes to email templates. Feel somewhat limited on the design elements for email templates.
HubSpot for Marketing Campaigns is the perfect tool to don't waste your money
Comments: So far it has been a good tool for me and for the companies I have worked with. I have not tried all the tools that offers but overall it is a good deal.
Pros:
its ability to provide personalized communication, which helps businesses connect with their audience on a more personal level. This personalized approach can lead to higher engagement and better relationships with customers. You decide what to communicate with your audience and Hubspot brings it to the next level.
Cons:
I have tried the mobile app but it was not very user friendly
All encompassing marketing solution
Comments: the marketing hub allowed us to handle inbound sales much easier from a variety of sources (email campaigns, paid ads, display ads, etc.) and makes it easy to track engagements that lead to no where previously.
Pros:
The marketing hub takes a lot of disparate systems and brings them all together nicely.
Cons:
The cost is a little much, where you can get the same (or similar) function from a set of other products.
Accurate Marketing Hub Software
Comments: HubSpot is a great Marketing Hub tool which I prefer to every social media influencer
Pros:
The Batch Marketing is what I like most in HubSpot Marketing Hub
Cons:
Infact I really like using HubSpot Marketing Hub, due to this I get no negative word against this Software
