Pros:

I like that it easily integrated with our website even though we actually run various camps and classes with a focus on Chess and STEM. It was easily adaptable to our business.

Cons:

Sometimes it lags, based upon how many people are in the site.

Easy to learn and adapt

Comments: We use it for open class registration, online parents portal, event recording and registration, nand sales in the proshop. It's all good.

Pros:

Customer Service is always available and when we run into a problem it's easily resolved.

Cons:

There are so many bells and whistles. Honestly, we don't use it to it's full capacity but, even so it's far and away better than the others in the market.

Comments: I have been using Jackrabbit for over 10 yrs now, and would pick it over any other option!

Pros:

It's user friendly, and you're able to do it for multi different reasons.

Cons:

Still working out the kins with the setup of individual lessons.

Comments: Overall, I've enjoyed my interactions with the Jackrabbit Team; however, their advancements are not always what we need, or they are released too late and already antiquated.

Pros:

The Jackrabbit team is one of the friendliest teams out there.

Cons:

Their advancements are slow and usually behind the times.

Made everything so easy! Until they changed the waitlist

Comments: Love it and am glad we found it for our business.

Pros:

Automatic billing makes managing hundreds of families a dream.

Cons:

The new waitlist update is terrible. I do not enjoy the way it looks and it is much less user friendly. We use the notes section daily and now it is much more difficult to view our notes at a glance. I have talked to other Jackrabbit users who feel like this change is a huge negative. If the waitlist could go back to the old look with the added ability to change the order of the wait listers that would be absolutely ideal. Also, it would be great to see our income based on when the classes happen on the dashboard at a glance as opposed to when we collected it. It's more important to me to see how much our summer classes are making at a glance vs. how much we make during any given month. Lastly, we had an issue with the app and the earliest appointment with a Jackrabbit rep was two weeks out. If we are launching a new class we cannot wait two weeks to solve a problem.

I love Jackrabbit!

Comments: Our administrative time has been cut in half because we switched to Jackrabbit. The customer support and education is outstanding. They even offer We love it!

Pros:

Jackrabbit seamlessly allows a parent to register and pay for a class online without any extra administrative attention. It saves so much time and money. The features that Jackrabbit has and keeps adding are great and the customer support and education is outstanding.

Cons:

The email module is a little cumbersome. It would be great to be able to paste a PDF or Word document into the email or have more freedom with it.

Not the most user friendly but has lots of pros once you figure it out!

Comments: It takes some time clicking around to figure out the program but overall it does everything you need it to do.

Pros:

There are tons of reports, and tracking everything you do on each account is easy.

Cons:

There are 101 ways to do the same thing. I think the transaction tab can be tricky. I wish you could edit kids' enrollment dates, etc., without having to drop them and start over. I also would like notes from deleted waitlists to be saved instead of having to go in and make a separate note.

Comments: Overall experience is good, I wish there were more features around birthday parties, privates lessons, adding mass charges by adding rules- automatically add sibling discounts or multi class discounts.

Pros:

Ease of use. Jackrabbit makes an effort to make regular upgrades.

Good class system - has areas for improvement

Solid features, ease of use, good customer support.

Cons:

Needed changes to the system are sometimes hard to come by. I don't always feel like the updates are for things that should have had a priority on being updated.

Comments: With I have been with Jack rabbit since it’s inception, and I have no complaints.

Pros:

Ease of set up. Outstanding support. The [sensitive content hidden] reached out and talk to me about the product personally and it really set well with me.

Cons:

It used to be the constant changes, but I understand.

Comments: Our experience has bee very good. Jackrabbit listens to input from their users and is very good about implementing changes that make running our business easier.

Pros:

We like the ease of moving between students and classes while working in family accounts. We love the ability to schedule our autopay payments. We love using the task manager it allows us to easily assign tasks to staff and track when they have been completed.

Cons:

The new dashboard layout does not feel as easy to maneuver around. We do not really like the new calendar it is not as user friendly as the original for our uses.

Comments: Overall, the JackRabbit system has increased our business and we get paid promptly from the members

Pros:

The Online Pre-registration and it seems to be user friendly

Cons:

I do not like the way process it takes to create a report. I preferred the old Dashboard to the New Dashboard. The new Dashboard is confusing. I think the way I have to create a report for example a report on Registration Fees, is very complicated. I would like to just Click on a button that says Registration fees paid from such and such a date to such in such a date. Having to query what I need in a report is complicated.

It is easy to use. I like all of the recent inhancements. We have used it for about 7 years now and we are always discovering something new it does.

Cons:

We would have really liked some one on one training. I believe you have it available but we have not taken advantage of it.

Easy to use

Comments: The system has been easy to use and families seem to be able to navigate it well.

Pros:

We use Jackrabbit Class to help manage enrollment and tuition payments for a after school program. It's great to have all I need in one place.

Cons:

When families come back and re-enroll in a new class year after year the system does not allow me to prompt families to update their information. For example when a family registers and say the student is in Kinder and they come back the next year unless the family chooses/remembers to update the information they will be listed as a Kinder unless I make the change internally.

Pros:

I like the easy to use layout of Jackrabbit and the ability to automate so many of our regular tasks. JackRabbit presents our calendar and class listings in easy to understand formats and allows for quick registration, account management and payments for our customers.

Cons:

There are some areas in JackRabbit that need an update. Such as events. And sometimes I feel like we have to go through repetitive steps to do one task.

Comments: Good, good customer support, always follow up and have been able to reconcile most issues.

Pros:

It has given us the freedom to do other things with the time saved from our old fashion billing.

Cons:

I would like to be able to do my custom billing with closings in mind, it's a hard work around to get what I need for every 4 weeks, with breaks in there.

Muti-use program

Comments: We have had a very positive experience with Jackrabbit. It does everything we need it to do, and it’s user friendly enough that it doesn’t take long when we need to figure out something we haven’t used it for before.

Pros:

We run classes, open gyms, birthday parties, and track out and summer camps. Jackrabbit has the ability for us to be able to keep all of those things in order. We can quickly pull up a family and see ALL the things they are registered for and all the information associated with their account and payments.

Cons:

Occasionally we will find something that we need to charge a group for and have to find work arounds - for example we have some kids that will get pizza on Fridays and we have to charge the group. The group changes every week so we have had to find work arounds, but really not a big deal.
