Coupled with the Unity Client platform, Nextiva provides a comprehensive system that allows me, as a supervisor, to have a firm grip on monitoring and supporting my agents during their shifts.

If I were to make a suggestion for improvement, I would say it would be great if Nextiva could provide more options for generating reports.
