Organizing articles, versioning, and maintaining structured documentation has become much more efficient.&#10;One of the standout features is the clean authoring experience along with the ability to manage categories, workflows, and analytics in a centralized place. The search functionality also makes it easier for end users to find relevant information quickly, helping improve self-service and reduce dependency on support teams.&#10;That said, there are still areas for improvement. At times, formatting and customization can feel limiting, especially for more advanced requirements. Some workflows around reviews and content styling could be more seamless.
