Alternatives Considered:
Great, Value for Money Solution for a B2B
Comments: We were looking for a solution that would suit a B2B and were comparing various options against the features of Pardot and Hubspot. EngageBay came out as the most cost-effective solution that gave us most of the features but at a much more reasonable cost. We are happy with the choice of EngageBay for our business. Not only is it good value, but it is easy to use and the support is better than their competitors (including some of the market leaders which I have experienced first hand).
Pros:
It does everything we need at a much more reasonable cost than than the market-leading marketing platforms and CRMs. Also, the interface is much easier to use and far more intuitive than some of the market leaders, eg. SalesForce/Pardot. The support team are responsive and will answer any questions which is helpful particularly in the set up phase. We are based in Australia, so sometimes there is a time lag but it has not caused us any issues to date.
Cons:
There are a few missing features which would seem to be obvious, eg. not being able to sort on every column of data or only having the client's first name listed in some places when having both names would be more helpful or not having the ability to insert an email link into their templates. However, these can be worked around.

Comments: So far, I have been able to create forms and automations that makes gathering interest fairly easy.

The available tools are very diverse with a low learning curve

The reporting could be a little more robust
DON'T BUY THIS SYSTEM!
Comments:
As an example, the system is totally useless, I have spent two weeks trying to get by all the non logic functions and bugs to even send a newsletter. I can't even filter on the objects attached to a contact.
The Sync with Hubspot was a scam, we spent 20000€ to get our data over from Hubspot.

Hi Jerker, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Until the account is warmed up, we have a limit on how many emails you can send, just to ensure your domain reputation does not get impacted. Also, may I know what the issue was with the sync and who you paid the money to? We do not see any additional payments other than the subscription cost.
Best Onboard Experience

Quite a Bit to Offer
Comments: The customer service was great. They are responsive and have great follow-up. There are also good tutorials provided to help you acclimate yourself to the system. It has been a very positive experience.
Pros:
I like that the all-in-one system has quite a bit to offer and seems more comprehensive than most.
Cons:
I wish there was a plan that was in between the Basic and Growth plans due to the pricing and lack of workflow accessibility in the Basic plan.

I am in love with the Platform

I find EngageBay a comprehensive, all-in-one solution, offering robust functionalities across organization, task automation, form and landing page creation, marketing campaign management, and result tracking. It provides an extensive toolkit essential for both marketing and sales teams, seamlessly integrating appointment scheduling, content creation, campaign execution, and data organization.
Cons:
I haven't found a single aspect of EngageBay that I haven't liked yet. Whenever I encounter an issue, the chatbot is always there to provide instant assistance, making the experience even smoother.

Comments: The onboarding and ongoing customer support is fantastic. They are available almost instantly and often will jump on a video call immediately to help.
Pros:
The cost vs features is almost unmatched. No bells and whistles but a good, solid platform.

You get what you pay for, it does what is needed, but does have limitations.

Best alternative tool for Marketing/CRM
Comments: I am positive for this app and making it a great alternative for tools like hubspot and all
Pros:
Its been 2nd month we are using it and already have positive feedback for this app. Streamlines and automates repetitive tasks are commendable, saving time and effort. Integration with apps is fantastic. The CRM system addresses all our needs, backed by excellent support from the Engagebay Team. The platform offers excellent automation for emails, landing pages, and forms, making it a great alternative.
Cons:
I find there is a room for Improvement on GUI. Template and Library is not vast, i guess engagebay can work more on that.

Must have CRM tool for big or small organization.
Comments: Overall, this tool is easy to implement and use and thanks to their support team which is avl 24/7 to help us. I used the tool during my internship, then I suggested the same to my current organization and hence, that's how we implemented it and now our whole team is using it and loving it.
Pros:
1. It's collaborative working environment is so easy to implement and adapt. 2. We don't have to worry about losing our data anymore as all the data is now stored on the cloud. 3. Their server never gets down so our team works any time of the day they want. 4. According to the price, this is the best CRM with all the relevant features as compared to the other alternatives in the market.
Cons:
The users might get lost during their initial days of using this due to their vast featuers but their resource modules are so helpful that they helps them to get back on track. Also, their support team was always there to help us when we got lost using the tool or had any doubts.
Engagebay one of my go to choice for Email marketing and automation.
Comments: It's a really good tool for sales and email automation. I like the no code platform and creating landing pages is really easy. Also, I like the customer support so much, any issue or error that arises, it gets fixed so early.
Pros:
Customer service is top notch, Dashboard again is really good and easy analytics, EDM/Landing page creation so easy and in a breeze.
Cons:
Initially it takes time getting used to when creating the EDM's and Landing page. Certain features are hidden or it takes time to reach them and find them. But once you know its really easy.
Accepted a Free Trial & Saw What All The Fuss is About
Comments: I just accepted the free trial to see what everybody has been talking about it being a great and powerful tool for marketing, and I can attest now that I've seen, that I do agree 100%.
Pros:
I like how it aligns most platforms with one another, nearly every other software available doesn't streamline the process of connecting all profiles. Most issues are caused by the time it takes to connect them all (like hoops you're made to jump through just to get to that point), I am always searching for a better "main hub" situation because each one, I've learned in my own experiences, that not one single platform, hub, account management, and otherwise, never do ALL that you need them to be able to do. One may do 15 things that the other doesn't but that one missing those 15 features may have the one feature that you really needed to lighten the load or something. Its always something or 5 things, but for the money EngageBay seems to be true to their word, and have nearly mastered the all-in-one hub
Cons:
Cost, make it accessible for everyone, even consider a free option because more times than not, someone will desperately need the features that are restricted usually in free-trials or free plans, and end up buying regardless to satisfy that need.

EngageBay CRM is a fantastic tool overall, but the customization options could be a bit more flexible. While the interface is easy to use, a few more layout customization features would be helpful. However, the regular updates show they're always improving!
