Tell you they can do things and accommodate your needs but they don't truly have the capabilities they claim. > > Terrible. I've asked for situations to be escalated nearly every time b/c the person they assign to assist you is completely overwhelmed and resolutions are not fully effectuated. Quickest route for them to get off the phone with you is the route they want to take.
