I'm unable to correct this read only data on the form and consequently unable to submit. I have been unable to the fill in the new IRS tax form for the last 3+ months, although I have opened several tickets via phone support. They keep telling me, it will be fixed within 48 hours. This almost seems intentional to ensure I keep contributing to them even though I don't want to.
