> **Pros**: The best thing about Itilite is that it helps make the travel booking process highly smooth.We can select the booking preferences for travel and accommodation which are sent to the admin for the approval. Itilite also helps track the booking status and provides real time updates using email notifications around the booking. The customer support is easily reachable and assists whenever required for any queries.

> **Cons**: The dashboard panel design can be improved further to make it more user intuitive. Sometimes we are not able to select the booking preferences after first round of approval and need to create bookings again.The load time of the pages is slightly high and can be reduced.

> Itilite has been outstanding in improving the overall efficiency of the teams in context of travel booking. The time for travel booking confirmation has reduced by 2 days and we are able to save million dollars every year due to budget friendly options category on Itilite.

> **Cons**: Loading pages sometimes is an issue, the server goes down and the users are not able to upload or perform any actions, the insights/dashboard is very primitive not at all intuitive  not at all good looking UI is bad

Users get to select seats for free and also get complimentary in flight meals so it is a win win. Booking is done via company once option is selected by the user and hence no need to go for reimbursement.

> **Cons**: Might miss out on a few hotel options otherwise its a great platform for bookings.
> 
> Time saving of user and finance team in collating requests and reimbursing the user.
