Our subscription was automatically renewed in January, but we have not used the service since the renewal and no longer need it. Despite this, AppTweak has outright refused to prorate the remaining 10 months or offer any refund, which is completely unacceptable. We expected a fair resolution based on our usage, yet customer support was unhelpful, merely citing company policy without any willingness to find a reasonable solution. This lack of flexibility and disregard for customer concerns is frustrating and unprofessional. Holding on to a significant amount of upfront payment for a service we are not using feels unfair and exploitative. The stats for the Android and iOS apps are displayed separately. AppTweak is also great for ASO optimisation thanks to the recommendations and optimisation scores it offers, as well as the extensive keyword research functionality both through keyword search and through analysing competitors. > > **Cons**: This tool is on the pricier side, especially for a startup like us. Another problem we faced is that the keyword research for stats in languages other than English doesn't yield results that are as fruitful as in the case of English keywords. It's understandable that the search volume is lower than with English, but we think that in that case other languages should have a different benchmark instead of displaying minimal volume, etc. across the board. > > We used AppTweak after launching our mobile app in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for optimisation.
