A tool every HR team should try

Comments: I would say time-saving and easy to use.

Pros:

I found the platform very easy to navigate and use. It requires minimal time to onboard colleagues to the platform. I also like that links for video submissions could be shared along with the ability to include comments and ratings for candidates. I like that we were able to include our brand logo, which made the interviews look more professional. The customer service is also great.

Cons:

I wish for the invitation emails to candidates; could include the band signature and the logo at the end of the email. This would make it look more professional.

I couldn't live without it

Comments: Working at a startup with very limited resources, Hireflix has helped us speed up our hiring processes and allowed us to open many positions simultaneously. It's extremely easy to use and very intuitive for the end user. And you get all the information you need without actually spending the time. I can't imagine myself going back to a traditional interview process.

Pros:

The UI & UX is extremely intuitive for the hiring managers and candidates. This is critical because this is a first for many people.The automatic transcriptions make it much easier and faster to review applicants. The navigation shortcuts make it a breeze to move around the UI without using the mouse.It's very fast and responsive.

Cons:

My only suggestion would be to add a way to interact with the candidates within the app, but that might require them to log in or create an account, which might make them drop-off from the process.

Pros:

Easy to use for company and for candidates.

Nothing, most of the tools are very helpful for us.

The most innovative and customer obsessed company I know.

Comments: I have had the absolute best experience not only as a product user, but as a customer. I have had no better treatment and dedication from their team from any other company as a customer. They truly want you to be successful and will stand behind you fully and enable you to fully leverage their product. In the market, I have tested and used various other platforms similar to hireflix and done so exhaustively.... (I mean a ton of time and back and forth). NOTHING even comes close to what Hireflix offers as a product alone.... Then add on top of that they are the cheapest/ best feature per price and hands down an extremely ethical and devoured customer success company? I recommend hireflix and their product and they have my full endorsement for those looking for a great interview software for their companies needs.

Pros:

Strong Value for Customers from a company and product that is both highly innovative and customer obsessed.

Cons:

I honestly cannot think of a single issue, it does everything you need and more and it does so better than the rest for cheaper.

Efficiency at Its Best: Hireflix for Bulk Recruitment

Comments: One of the most commendable aspects is how it streamlines the initial stages of the hiring process. By using one-way video interviews, we can quickly identify suitable candidates from a large pool, saving time and resources that would otherwise be spent on scheduling and conducting preliminary face-to-face interviews.

Pros:

Hireflix's One-Way Video Interviewing is a lifesaver for bulk hiring. It simplifies reviewing 20-30 candidates each cycle, saving us time and effort. Highly recommended for its efficiency and ease of use.

Cons:

Having an automated system that scans and imports this information directly from resumes would streamline the setup process for interviews significantly. It would reduce the potential for human error, save time, and allow recruiters to focus more on evaluating candidates rather than on administrative tasks.

Pros:

I like most about Hireflix is that it's super easy to use. We are able to create a base of questions and applicants are able to go through and answer the questions. We are Able to go through and watching the video's when they are finished with the questions as well as it being all available through our computer base.

Cons:

I didn't have anything that I didn't like about Hireflix.

Loved it!

Comments: Was a great experience! It saved tons of time on one on one interview which is a big thing when you have over 100 potential cv´s

Pros:

The video interviews and be able to select candidates for a next step using this tool.

Cons:

I really enjoyed the tool, the only "but" is people´s mindset is not yet ready for this type of interview

Excellent product to increase work efficiencies and track candidates

Comments: The support we have had from the Hireflix team is exceptional, the way they do business is extremely personable and professional ensuring it is meeting our needs. The product itself has made a huge difference to how we work and the candidates have often commented on how different it is but they love it.

Pros:

The amount of time it saves and the convenience of how we can incorporate into our processes. It also allows us to put candidates in a position they are not fully comfortable with giving us a bigger insight into who they are and how they manage difficult situations and prepare for them.

Cons:

I don't have any negatives with Hireflix as yet, it has only bought benefits to the recruitment process as a whole but also could be used for other things.

Great customer support and simple platform.

Pros:

Hireflix has one of the most intuitive one-way video interview platforms I have ever used, both from the user side and the admin side.

Comments: Hireflix is an important tool were using in streamlining our hiring process. It helped us scale from 6 employees to 25 employees

When you upload the files of the interviews, it doesnt help you identify which video is on the files.

Unmatched support, value for price, experience

Pros:

3 things stand out: 1) customer support (super responsive and always clear, sometimes even changed my mind because of their product knowledge and setup tips); 2) value for price (the product quality is very high, all the things we needed to get done now can be performed easily and there are lots of features that allow to collaborate with the team and speed up the interview reviewing process); 3) experience (extremely easy to use, simplicity at its best!).

Amazing tool! A must have!

Pros:

HireFlix is my “must have” tool in running my talent driven business. I greatly respect [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team of developers in producing a highly functional, easy-to-use application. They have taken the guesswork out of this process and made implementing it into my workflow seamless. I particularly love the fact that pricing is very reasonable and is not based on the number of positions that you have. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. They are constantly checking in with me to see how the product is working but also to find out if there are any suggestions that I have that can make the tool even better than it is – which is hard to imagine since it is a pretty magnificent tool. I give this company, their customer service and the overall tool a strong recommendation. If you are thinking of adding in a video interview component into your processes – HireFlix is the tool. I demo’d all of them and you will not find a better tool, with this kind of functionality that is easy to use, with white glove level of customer service at this price.

Cons:

I would love to see a filter feature that will allow me to look at videos from a certain date range (i.e., 7 days ago, 30 days ago, 3 months ago, etc.)

Very user friendly and a huge time saver!

Pros:

Hireflix is incredibly user friendly. I had my position and questions set up in less than 30 minutes, and it was very easy to make changes as needed. I love being able to invite candidates via email or send a public link. The rating system for each candidate questions was also helpful. I would never have had time in my schedule to sit down and interview over 100 candidates, but with hireflix it made it so easy to get the information I needed to asses candidates in a true interview-like manner. It is a great tool that I would recommend to anyone who has to review candidates in any type of setting.

Cons:

I have only been using the product for about a month, but no complaints so far!

Recruitment Time-Saver

Comments: Overall extremely happy with the customer support and quality.

Pros:

The fact that it takes so little time and effort to set up and put in reminders that employs WhatsApp, which most of my candidates have.

Cons:

Not sure. Possibly that it is not one-click integration with something like Airtable or some other sheets (instead CSV upload). Though I think those things are achievable using Zapier integration, but we're so small that we haven't bothered with this.

Time-saving efficient tool

Pros:

I really like that Hireflix is saving time on our recruitment process as phone/ video screenings are not required anymore. It is so helpful that we can filter candidates right in the first instance as we can ask main questions to those candidates and know first if they are a fit for the role or not. Plus, as you can set a time window to have candidates send the video interview, you can also evaluate how engaged/ interested those people are in applying for that job. Currently, I'm using hireflix also as a "talent pool" - for some roles we have a recruiting plan per month, which means that we can send hireflix to everyone and review it when hiring dates are close coming.

Cons:

To be honest, I haven't found any downside of using hireflix so far.

I will never go back to the old way of hiring...Hireflix is life changing

Comments: Problem: The hiring process takes time. A lot of time. Secondary problem: if you try to streamline it and make the interviews via text, you lose the "vibes" portion of an interview that is so critical.Solution: Hireflix. Absolute GAME CHANGER for me. It's streamlined, customizable. But most importantly it solved both issues listed above. I saved hours and hours (ultimately DAYS) of my life...but the video interview submissions allowed me to understand the "vibes" of an applicant, which is critical!. Tremendous.

Pros:

What I like best about Hireflix is how easy it is to customize the process.For a real, actual example--I needed to truly know how well a potential hire knew the ins and outs of their specialty. I was able to adjust the settings to allow for 0 seconds of thinking time and no re-do's. While this may not be necessary for some, it was critical for me, as it allowed me to get an understanding of how innate & natural the interviewee's knowledge was.

Cons:

Nothing. I tuly have zero changes I would make. It is incredible.

Top Notch Video Interview Platform

Comments: We use Hireflix to increase the efficiency of practice interviews. Having the interviews recorded allows us to quickly review the interviews and to do it on our schedules. Hireflix also gives our clients flexibility so they can record their interviews on their schedules.Additionally, Hireflix regularly checks in with us to see if we have any issues and check on our experiences. I highly recommend Hireflix!

Pros:

The ease of use for us as administrators and for our clients is essential. Our clients may be using video recording for the first time and Hireflix makes it a seamless and non-stressful experience. The interview preview is also a great feature so we can see how the interview will be presented to the user.Another feature that is useful is the fact that the interview invitations don't expire. Our clients often don't complete their interviews promptly because of demanding schedules.

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say about Hireflx. We look forward to being long-term users of Hireflix.

Great Video Interview tool

Pros:

Simple questionnaire that can be set up. The Timer function.

Cons:

Nothing so far. It simplifies our processes considerably.

Wonderful Platform & Excellent Customer Service

Pros:

Hireflix allowed us to implement key efficiencies in our workflow. By having a very straightforward setup, super user-friendly interface, and great ways to automate steps and templates, we were able to shift an entire screening process, moving from in-person interviews that would take hours, to quick pre-recorded interviews. The concept of Hireflix also challenged us to strategically think of what we needed to be asking in our interviews to make the best use of it, as opposed to having long-winded conversations. The customer service support has also been outstanding from the beginning, we are more than glad to continue partnering with Hireflix.

Cons:

Hireflix has been great every step of the way.

Great tool to expedite hiring!

Comments: We're able to quickly move candidates to an initial hiring step and provide an inclusive and equitable hiring experience for all candidates.

Pros:

The platform, unlike other one-way video interviewing tools, is super easy to set up and implement across hiring teams. Some of my favorite features are: - The ability to add multiple themes/brands (we're a recruitment firm so it's awesome being able to utilize the client's brand versus our own) - Hireflix easily integrates with multiple applicant tracking systems (we use Lever) and the integration is also quick and painless to setup - We've never had issues with candidates receiving messages from the system or things going to spam - The price is very reasonable especially for smaller orgs looking to leverage technology to improve the candidate experience - Any issues or bugs are fixed literally within hours (sometimes minutes!) - We also love the Slack integration!

Cons:

Nothing at all. The platform is top tier and I can't wait to see how [SENSITIVE CONTENT] continues to iterate on the product over time!

Saved by Hireflix - Highly Highly Recommend!

Pros:

If you're thinking about signing up for Hireflix, do yourself a favor and do it now. We are a small organization that was struggling to process hundreds of interviews with a very small team. We used to schedule 1-1 interviews using Calendly - this took up so much time and effort. I was hesitant to sign up for Hireflix at first because I thought that it would be too complicated to set up a new system and change our recruiting processes - boy what I wrong! My only regret is NOT signing up for Hireflix earlier. We are now processing interviews at 10x the speed. Hireflix's platform works incredibly well - it's amazing that such a simple and easy platform can do such a wonderful job at processing applicants. Their script function that turns interview responses into text is AMAZING. We had never seen that before. Just what we needed.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that has caused issues with the software. We once had a question about how to use a feature and the team answered so promptly it was great.

Great way to scaling hiring

Comments: It has helped us significantly scale recruiting and interviewing.

Fantastic service

Comments: I was really impressed with Hireflix. My initial query was responded to personally and quickly, the whole recruitment process, setting up the individual emails/responses etc was made so so easy. It really was one of the best experiences I had with technology of this type.

Pros:

It was by far the easiest software to use. I was recruiting 3 positions across 3 countries and we are a small company. Using this software helped me streamline the first round recruitment process, enabling me at the touch of a button to run first round interviews for about 30 candidates in the matter of a day. I was able to then screen the candidates at my leisure and also I was able to share the clips with the panel in time for the second round. The service was second to none from Hire Flix who literally helped me every step of the way. I would highly recommend the site and the service and would definitely use it again. I particularly liked the way I could whatsapp the candidates as well as email them to let them know they had been invited to an interview. I like the way that I could see if candidates had opened the email sent. Often you get candidates who said they did not get the email but this was there was no doubt.

Cons:

There was very little not to like about the software!

Excellent user friendly screening program

Comments: Excellent experience, this is an innovative tool that is a game changer to recruitment.

Pros:

Easy to use, reliable screening software that is efficient and saves me time. Allows the applicant to complete the one-way interview at their leisure outside of my working hours which is a time saver for me as I'm unable to meet personally with all the candidates we'd like to review. I love the clone position option which allows me to clone a video interview without having to create a new one from scratch. Even creating new interviews are easy as well.

Cons:

I have not come across anything that I don't like about this software.

Must Have!

Comments: I fully love using this product!

Pros:

If you have ever had a candidate sit across from you that looks great on paper but then opens their mouth and you think "this is a waste of time!" check out this product!!! I will never interview anyone again without seeing how they respond on this platform first!

Cons:

If there was any feed back to give I wish I had folders to put the jobs in because we run so many at a time. But it is so easy to see what it going on its not needed but would be a bonus.
