Comments: Our Experience has been really good with Wati especially for countries like India, where whatsapp is the primary mode of communication. There are lot of good features like chatbot, sequencer, custom tracking of urls.

Pros:

- Wide range of integrations & API, especially liked integration with Hubspot and Google Sheets. - Good Chatbot creation UI - Launching newer features faster.

Cons:

- Deliverability sometimes gets throttled, but it's mostly on meta's problem. - UI of their mobile app, but they have redesigned it now.

Comments: They the take the using of robots to reply so serious you wont be able to talk to an agent unless you pay them more, no way to manually cancell the service. Shady business practices, save your money and time

We have been using Wati for our customer care and marketing messages on WhatsApp, and it has significantly transformed the way we interact with our clients. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and offers a wide range of features that make managing customer interactions seamless and efficient.

Cons:

Occasionally the speed of auto replies and chatbot replies is slower than expected and the customer support is not useful as the replies given are always links to articles/documentation already available which is mostly read first and since we were not able to find a solution that is when we contact customer support but it creates a useless loop.

Decent product, fast-worsening support

Comments: Overall it started as an exciting project and opportunity, then as prices started going up, Wati started limiting what they're offering in each plan in order to get you to upgrade, and the worse for us is when we need help we just can't reach them any more. So overall experience is highly deteriorating, but being a Business WhatsApp number manager, you are STUCK with them. You can't port business numbers between different Business API providers. So if you wanna switch to a better competitor, you'll have to transition all your customers from one number to another.

Pros:

It was very easy to set up, and as a small start-up at the time they really did dedicate attention to helping us connect our number, get a green tick etc. Chats are easy to manage, even though not as smooth of a UI as you're used to with WhatsApp.

Cons:

Support has gone towards WORSE in the last 2 years since we're using it. We're on a Pro plan, promised with a 24/7 Live support, but they have been using their own automation tools against us basically. You can't reach any live person at all lately, you're just sent in circles using chats. Then chats ask you to email them, which is not what you're paying for when you read 24/7 Live support.

User management is straightforward, and the platform is entirely self-serve, eliminating any dependency on the Wati team. Overall, Wati has been a reliable solution for our WhatsApp marketing needs

It's made our lives so much easier when it comes to talking to parents and students. - Sending out messages, homework, and grades is a breeze. It used to take forever, but Wati has cut that time in half. - We love how easy it is to keep track of everything. All our messages and replies are in one place. - Even people who aren't tech-savvy can figure out Wati. It's super simple to use. - Parents are way more involved now that we use Wati. They know what's going on and it's awesome. - Students are paying more attention to their schoolwork since we started using Wati.

Cons:

Sometimes Wati can be a bit slow. Sending out messages to a big group can take a while. We wish there were more options for customizing the messages. It would be great if we could schedule messages more easily in advance. - The reporting could be a bit more detailed. - We've had a few glitches here and there, but nothing major.
