Great Cloud Files Editor, But with Few Collaboration Capabilities

Comments: My overall experience with Lumin pdf has been great only that I hope they add more collaboration capabilities to make collaborating on file editing effortless, especially for teams. It possesses advanced pdf editing capabilities, so I would still choose it for cloud files editing and documents signing.

Pros:

Excellent cloud-based support for file conversion, editing, sending and signing. It's seamlessly integrates with some of my software stack like Google workspace with significantly improve how I edit my files from cloud storage. It enables me to add comments to files which makes it easy for others reading the files.

Cons:

If you're looking for a more collaborative Pdf editor, lumin pdf may not be the best choice as it lacks most of collaboration features such as team editing.

Lumin PDF - PDF powerhouse

Pros:

Lumin is an easy-to-use app for your PDF files. It offers many useful features and the fact that is integrated in Google Driver brings many advantages. It has a nice user interface and is very intuitive to work with.

Cons:

I admit, it is not perfect, but there is nothing worth mentioning here.

Missing features we need

Pros:

I did a free trial of Lumin PDF to see if it would be a good tool for collaborative PDF editing of a magazine in which multiple users review simultaneously. Pros are that it was similar to Adobe Acrobat and fairly easy to navigate, just some differences that would take getting used to. If the PDF you upload has existing edits from Adobe, they will show up in the "notes" area.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this won't work for our team because you cannot replace text or upload files as an attachment to the PDF (i.e. a new photo for the designer to implement in the layout). While you can share the PDF with anyone, they have to sign in to do any editing or commenting.

Lumin PDF

Pros:

I like Lumia PDF because is cloud base and I can be accesed my files on any device. Creating and editing PDF is easy due its user friendly and intuitive interface. Integrating with Google Drive offers more security and availability for my files.

Cons:

I did not encounter any problems since I started to use it.

A very nice pdf solution

Comments: Overall every aspect of Lumin i have used was very nice

Pros:

Lumin PDF’s interface is like a well-organized desk—everything you need is within arm’s reach. Whether I’m merging PDFs, adding annotations, or splitting pages (because sometimes life needs a fresh start), Lumin PDF keeps it simple without sacrificing functionality.

Cons:

Free version is very limited to 3 documents that is not any helpful

Comments: Overall, the experience is good as it provides a quick usage of PDF conversion for files especially for students that do not have access for other programs that handles conversion of PDF Files

Pros:

The most notable pro of the Lumin PDF is its availability in the different program such us in viewing documents in google classroom

Cons:

The one con that I do not like is the clunkiness of the software

Pros:

The precise stroke and neatness of the e-signature.

Cons:

Having a second safe drive is necessary to prevent lost saved files.

Lumin, best PDF app!

Comments: Overall experience is second to none. The best PDF viewer/editor by this time.

Pros:

You can easily view your PDFs, fill it up, and share it to your co-workers

Cons:

Some limitations on the features when you're not subscribe but compared to others, subscription costs lower.

Pros:

The cleanliness of e-signature and detailed stroke

Cons:

Getting lost of saved files must be have a separated safe drive

So far so good.

Pros:

Easy install. So far I'm comparing it to Nitro PDF.

Cons:

The install time wasn't bad at all, I can't say I've run into anything so far in trying this out.

An Amazing PDF Tool

Pros:

Lumin is integrated into the Google Drive suite, making it very convenient to use. It has a wide variety of features, and it is easy to use it on a daily basis to sign and edit documents. Lumin is so much better than printing and scanning documents. I highly recommend it.

Cons:

I have not had any issues with Lumin as it has all of the features that I need while performing quite well.

User Friendly and now Preferred

Comments: I had to use it when I ran into issues with my adobe software, and realized it was so much easier to use than adobe, and the fact that it can open and edit things right from google drive is great.

Pros:

It is more user friendly and fast to use than Adobe. Even the free version does most of what I need for my job.

Cons:

It would be great to have more options available in the free version, but overall it is a great affordable software if you do have to pay.

Unique PDF viwer

Comments: Overall journey with Lumin PDF has been wonderful.

Pros:

The thing I like the most about Lumin PDF is its flexibility to open any type of PDF files very swiftly.

Cons:

There is nothing that I really dislike about Lumin PDF. It is simply an amazing software for viewing PDF.

Smart PDF viewer

Comments: I have had a loving experience with this software.

Pros:

Lumin PDF really illuminates my desktop thanks to its ability to easily open all types of PDF formats.

Cons:

Not at all, I am not sad with any of the aspecrs of Lumin PDF. It is absolutely an amazing PDF viewer.

Ehh, there’s some work to be done

Comments: I don’t like it at all. Gives me too much of a headache going back and forth trying to get it to sun to my google drive.

Pros:

You can edit documents from your google drive. I can sign and edit documents and then sync them to my google drive.

Cons:

The sync feature doesn’t work very well. Sometimes it says that my changes have been synced to google drive, but when I look at my document, it hasn’t synced my changes. So then I have to go back into the document and try again.

I like it, don't love it

Comments: It's okay. I've recently switched over to Adobe Acrobat and I like that much better.

Pros:

I use the free version of Lumin to edit documents and send them off to be signed. For that, it works pretty well.

Cons:

It's very slow on start up and the "Sync to Drive" doesn't always sync all my changes after I've made edits the document.

I Love It

Comments: Overall, I love this program and use it on a weekly basis! Definitely makes things easier, as well as keeps all of my PDF documents in one place.

Pros:

One of my favorite features of Lumin PDF is that it automatically saves my digital signature, so it's incredibly easy to add it to a new document. I can open documents in Lumin PDF directly from my email, or Google Drive. I frequently use this program in my line of work, and I wish I would have known about it sooner. It's the easiest program to use for modifying fillable PDF documents.

Cons:

The only downside to this program is that you have to purchase a subscription to be able to use all of its features, but that's not abnormal.

Comments: New applications are easier to process and review with this software.

Pros:

Accessibility of features for use and ability to apply it to multiple applications and documents.

Cons:

It would be great if the signing feature didn't always encrypt the document afterwards this makes things harder for those that don't have the time to undo the encryption.

Lumin PDF reliable

Comments: It is very easy to open a pdf file with all the tools available in Lumin PDF. Before using this application, my PDF files always opened with Microsoft Edge which do no have much tools. However, Lumin PDF has a lot more tools to facilitate the life of its users. Thank you.

Pros:

As a university student, I often read lecture notes as well as books available in PDF format . Lumin PDF has enabled me to do so and also helped me understand more by providing tools so as to highlight the important sentences. Thank you.

Cons:

Not really. I used this tool mostly for my studies and I did not have any problems with it.

Easy and Accessible

Pros:

I enjoy how accessible this software is. It makes my life a lot easier and seamless. I am able to edit documents with the click of a button.

Perhaps highlight a quick tour of more features I can use and take advantage of.

A must

Comments: Amazing

Pros:

It’s so easy to use for all documents where information from a client is required or for signatures. I use it for business but also for personal. I no longer print anything because I can simply do everything digitally.

Cons:

Sometimes it’s hard to direct the writing or signature exactly where you need it to be.

Pros:

The ease of use of the product is incredible. Makes work a lot easier to accomplish. Increasing productivity is key as well.

Simple and Efficient!

Pros:

I appreciate that the program is seamless as it opens whenever I open a document. It's also highly convenient to send back signed files in whatever messaging platforms.

Cons:

Maybe have a more user friendly mobile version of the app would be useful for my use case.

Lumin Review

Pros:

Whenever I need to sign a document I have to submit it quickly electronically I always enjoy using Lumin. It is also very facilitative in converting an image into a pdf for legal documents. I really enjoy how fast, easy and safe it is to use and submit those little, last-minute mandatory personal papers.

Cons:

I think just how long it takes certain pictures to get scanned but other than that I love it.
