Great option for small or simple projects.

Comments: We switched to Hostinger after a very bad interaction with a competitor's customer service, the experience has been great so far. It's everything we expected and wanted plus a few extras.

Pros:

Their customer support is great, documentation is very good, the service they provide is very good too and their menus and overall website management tools are great.

Cons:

Sometimes it might feel like they hold your hand more than is necessary when setting up things, but this can be a very good thing for users who are not very technically inclined.

Worst Support ever

Comments: Shittiest support ever,
They suspend your domain out of no where.
Their chat bot latterly never response and their agents as well.

Pros:

Cheap in the market and easy to host. Nothing much.

Cons:

The most unreliable support system. They does not have call center and never respond to that chats.

Hostingor Pros and Cons

Comments: I have create 3 website with hostingor and i Can Say , it IS a good hosting service for security and Price, every thing IS ok till now and i Hope it will continue like that

The website Is users friendly and Price ar cheap for the service they offer, There IS a one year free domanain registration if you buy the yearly hosting subscription

To create a subdomain on my main domain IS very complicated ,some Time you install WordPress on your subdomain and installation failed many Time before it accept

Outperformed my expectations of being a limited but simple drag-and-drop designer

Comments: Overall I was surprised how well it performed in terms of background capabilities. The drag-and-drop is mostly easily usable.

Pros:

Surprisingly powerful considering its low cost and drag-and-drop approach. Offers hostinf and domain registration.

Cons:

Still some limitations to customization and admin panel. Minor tecnhicality - when using the drag-and-drop designer on a smaller (laptop) screen, then the page is so small that it is difficult to move sections around.

A good host with slightly confusing tools

Comments: I used Hostinger for a few websites, domains and associated email addresses. The experience was mostly good, the websites were quick to set up, but I ended up limited with some of the options of the builder.

Pros:

Hostinger is a good host offering a huge variety of services, being able to be the only hosting provider a business needs. Its comprehensive dashboard offers a lot of help with setting up each service. Its website builder is easy to use.

Cons:

The dashboard can be unnecessarily complicated for some operations, requiring some trial and error sometimes to get it to do what is needed. The website builder can sometimes be tricky to use when doing anything advanced, and it generates pages which cannot be copied or modified easily with another tool.

Pros:

Hostinger is one of the best hosting platform and it comes with affordable pricing. I love their AI web builder. With just few instructions, it creates an entire website from scratch which is very easy to edit as per out needs. There customer support is also great and always ready to help you whenever you need.

Cons:

Everything is great about Hostinger. And the best thing is, they are regularly introducing new features which ire very useful.

Will Never Use Hostinger Web Hosting Again

Comments: Our non-profit's sole public face is through our website and opt-in newsletters. Our organization's leadership team is all volunteers and spread around the United States, so our website is also a repository for our documents and literature. Our website is the largest expense and critical to successful non-profit operations. Our opt-in email newsletter is the most significant means of communications with our members, sent out once or twice each month. For the first several months Hostinger provided good service, with exception of email. Email was an issue from the start and took several weeks and multiple tech support chats to get working correctly. Then, twice in two months our newsletter run was blocked during runs. After the second interruption, tech support had me reconfigure email services to prevent future interruptions. Then, our email account was suspended for a claimed terms of service violation. Based on Hostinger's published email support, we were well within their service limits. Tech support flatly refused to life the suspension unless we contracted with a third-party email marketing service for future email newsletters. We specifically told either MailChimp or Sendmail were the only two acceptable services. These services were a stretch for our organization and a gross overkill for the level of email "marketing" we currently conducted. This has put us in the position of looking for a new hosting service. I can not recommend Hostinger as a hosting service

Overall reliable hosting, good speed and storage for the price.

Cons:

Technical support was often slow, and it sometimes took several tries before my issue was resolved. But in comparison with previous hosting services, Hostinger tech support was an improvement.

Comments: Overall, it's been a pleasure to use.

Pros:

I really like how easy this system is to use and how responsive the team is when I've needed assistance. They also took some of my concerns into consideration about update statuses and keeping users informed. It makes running a site very simple. Once my other site is up on another server, I plan to use Hostinger as my future hosting site for it as well because, honestly, the price can't be beat.

Cons:

The only thing I haven't enjoy so far would be that they need to find a better way to alert users to when their server will be down for maintenance. Their current options either flood your mailbox with info on servers that aren't yours as well as yours or you have to check daily and search for your server. If they had a system to just contact the correct server users when the server would be down, instead of everyone not even on the servers, it would help admins let users know quicker that the site will be down for maintenance.

I like the features of the dashboard, it is very user-friendly. They also integrate the WordPress website builder perfectly. The integration with WordPress is perfect. Accessing your WordPress website throught Hostinger dashboard is easy.

Cons:

I don't think there is anything that I dislike about Hostinger. I rarely have any downtime on my websites.

When fetching any problem just take Hostinger to live chat support their technical staff always helps us to fix our issue and till we are satisfied they will provide quality support. So As per me, Hostinger is one of the most reliable and secure solutions for Website creation.

Speed and performance is the important thing about a website, Hostinger never compromises with it. With Hostinger they arrange Great quality infrastructure for running our website. As compared to another provider from where their pricing started in shared hosting Hostinger end their plan so it's too much pocket-friendly and reliable solutions for startups. Shared and also VPS plan pricing was very low but as compared to pricing their support was too good.

Cons:

With Hostinger shared hosting plan they will provide us Hpanel from where we easily access and manage our websites from one place and within a few clicks we install any Content Management System as per our need. And with the VPS plan, we use any panel like Cpanel, Cyber panel, and lot's more with Custom OS. The overall support was too good I just say all those things based on my experiences.

My website sometime took time to load, but when I addressed this issue to customer care they sorted it so effectively. Add admin feature for staff is bit harder.

Affordable Cloud Hosting Provider

Comments: Overall hostinger is best hosting provider an affordbale price and i love it.

Pros:

One of the best things that hostinger did now is they added an Asia Pacific server, now our website is accessible faster in India. Moreover, hostinger improved the dashboard to check server usage that give a comprehensive insight of our server condition. And last but not least it is an affordable hosting provider.

Cons:

First things, their support time is now increasing day by day i remember in 2019 they were using live chat option but now you've to wait for a long queue and they will revert over email. I request them to roll out the previous live support feature.

Domain Com and Excellent Website Hosting

Comments: I started to use Hostinger's services a lot, and I also recommend it to my clients and work partners. I have another hosting company that I like a lot. But I put Hostinger in my priority list, because of the overall quality it has helped me a lot. And support has been extremely important, so I highly recommend the services of this company.

Pros:

I highly recommend Hostinger's services for several reasons. But recently I purchased a Hostinger domain for an e-commerce site to test some products. And I paid a super cheap and affordable price. I even received some name recommendations to improve search SEO. Besides, I needed to configure some files in the root of the domain, and I contacted support. The attendant was extremely helpful and professional, and in my view, fully qualified to be there. I just quickly explained what I needed and she didn't set everything up and insert the files into the domain. That's great, I highly recommend Hostinger's services. Integration with various website creators also makes Hostinger much easier to use.

Cons:

In the months I've been using Hostinger, I haven't had any negative events, either with my sites or with service. So, I have no cons to inform.

Best Hosting For sSmall Business Website

Pros:

Hostinger is one of the best hosting providers for Beginners; whether it is a blog or a business website, I started my journey blogging journey using Hostinger Business Plan, and it saved lots of time because its UI to understand is straightforward and they also provided help to set up a website.

Cons:

Worst customer experience: When my website went down, I tried to connect with their team, but Hostinger Team replied very late, even they took much time to resolve my issue. In the early days, Hostinger's business Plan Hoisting worked well, but as soon my Website traffic went high, the website often went down.

Great Switch from GoDaddy

Comments: Hostinger has been great for my business. I've been able to consolidate all of my sites in one place for one low price and I recommend it to all of my web development clients. The features, packages and price are much better than my previous provider.

Pros:

I switched from being a GoDaddy customer for 15 years and I have been super surprised at the hosting options and services I've received. The features and cost are a bargain! I have transferred 3 Wordpress websites under my hosting package (each with an affordable SSL cert which are EXTREMELY expensive with other providers) and I have had no problems with downtime. It's extremely easy to choose, setup and manage your website hosting/email accounts, etc. I would absolutely recommend!

Cons:

I haven't found anything yet that's a problem with my hosting software. Anything I've had an issue with I've been able to contact support online and get a resolution to my questions immediately. No complaints.

Great Inexpensive Hosting and Domains

Comments: The best part is the price. Sometimes clients can't afford a whole lot and a lot of times cheap hosting means slow and unreliable service. With Hostinger, you get a really decent product for the price. I host my own site on Hostinger and haven't had any downtime issues. If any issues do arise, support responds fairly quickly through their email/chat function. Overall I'm pleased with the service and have recommended Hostinger to several clients.

Pros:

They offer a great hosting plan at a very affordable price compared to most hosting companies out there today. Their domains are also very reasonably priced. It's hard to beat their prices and for the most part their hosting service seems reliable.

Cons:

The support isn't always immediate, but they do always respond and within a reasonable amount of time. The interface (hPanel) can take a little getting used to, but once you figure it out it's fairly easy to navigate.

Comments: 5 of my websites are hosted on Hostinger. I can say it's the best but I'm okay with the overall experience

Pros:

What I like most about Hostinger is, they have a 30 days money back guarantee which other website hosting companies lack. They have multi lingual customer support with free domain and website builder. Hostinger has unlimited features with premium and basic plan. It also have a fast loading time of 382 ms which impacts my website user experience.

Cons:

They have inconsistent uptime of 99.74% and no traditional Cpanel

Decent hosting getting better

Comments: Overall, we're happy with the offering at this point. It would be nice if they offered easy integration with the free CloudFlare plan like similar hosts do, but that's not a dealbreaker. Assuming LetsEncrypt and email stick around, we'll remain content with what we're getting in our package.

Pros:

The hosting itself is pretty decent for the price. The proprietary control panel is quick and functional, they offer SSH access, and the upkeep is minimal. They currently support LetsEncrypt and email on our Business hosting account, but that's pretty new.

Cons:

For many months, we had to manually renew LetsEncrypt myself for all our domains, as the knowledgebase article which said they supported it proved to be obsolete. Now, they're offering it again, which is helpful. Likewise, we'd originally purchased the hosting without noticing it didn't include email, which is very useful on some of our smaller domains. These cons have since been corrected, though.
