Creating task, digital marketing to clients and client based applications, really brings a new level of customer service. > > **Cons**: Downside moving from TAM to EPIC, somethings do feel repetitive. Template setup is cumbersome, loading broker signatures is a process if you aren't super techy. Losing document writer when we went to the web base version was unfortunate. Receipts are unnecessarily long. losing transaction history (albeit it went to an activity) was also a pain point. > > So far it's been good. We are not yet using it to it's full potential but it is capable of so much. Definitely more efficient for big business that have in house staff working of configuration.
