My Experience with Webex

Comments: Webex is a good tool for video conferencing and calling. I especially like the software's group and room capabilities.

Pros:

Webex does not lag like Zoom, and the conferences are much clearer.

Cons:

Having used both Zoom and Webex, Webex is not as user-friendly as Zoom conferences.

Webex Suite is very easy to use and convenient for communication

Comments: I really enjoy using Webex Suite because of the easy communication I can get from it to talk to my team at work. The program is straight forward to learn and utilize to maximize efficiency in collaborating with the project group.

Pros:

I really like how Webex is really easy to use. The webex meetings I have go smoothly with barely any issues at all. The screen is laid out very nicely, with the buttons, like the mic and camera, conveniently placed.

Cons:

I liked the connection of webex the least because at times, there were connection problems with the software, where the screen did not load, and it froze. So I left the meeting and it worked after. However, this issue is not very common.

Good for VS with many people in the same office, otherwise not so...

Comments: ...would like our company to switch to MS Teams, but because of the "vendor lock-in" of the VS-rooms it's not possible.
What it can do good: VC with MANY people who are in the same office.

Pros:

Integration with other Cisco hardware like video conference room equipment

Cons:

The windows desktop client - especially the window handling in meetings. If you have 2+ monitors it is sometimes just stupid and it does not remember what you did set up last time...

Cisco Webex

Pros:

I like that I can record the meetings, step away, and have virtual backgrounds.

Cons:

I do not like that it can sometimes take a lot of bandwidth which causes my computer to run slower than normal

Collaborate, conference, backed with AI- webex suite

Comments: I have started using this tool since 2020. I found it slightly complex to learn initially. However over a period of time, I learnt it and it was easier for me to explore all the features of the suite. I mostly use it in webinars and video conferences. It has feature to integrate with other tools like microsoft hence becomes easier to collaborate

Pros:

I have been using products of this suite since the very beginning of my professional career. To start with, I like the idea of all in one suite, it has all everything required in one place. Mostly I use the web conferencing tool, it has a simple UI, easy to use and handle. The video quality is high and is backed by AI.

Cons:

It is slightly costly, compared to other similar products in the market. Sometimes I face lags while I use the web conferencing option. Initial use requires some training

WebEx is a Great IT communication tool

Comments: Despite the limitation of not being able to connect to a WebEx meeting with my phone, my overall experience with WebEx has been great.We

Pros:

WebEx is an excellent communication suite for hosting meetings, making calls to coworkers, sharing screens and more. My favorite feature of WebEx is the WebEx chat function, the ability to record meetings, and capture attendance.

Cons:

I do not like how I'm not able to connect to WebEx meetings via my phone (Google Pixel 8) when I ask WebEx to call me so I can connect. My phone is not able to recognize when I enter 1 on the key pad on my phone to connect.

Webex Suite Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow

Comments: Overall it makes remote work seamless and allows collaboration to occur at anytime from any place.

Pros:

easy to use and navigate even for beginners or those who are not tech saavy. The built in meeting scheduler, the ability to record meetings, and usage of the app makes it super convenient to work in this hybrid world.

Cons:

occasionally I have experienced audio issues either during a call or if I have previously been using another platform.

Easy team collaboration.

Comments: Webex suite simplifies work for secretaries because while hosting an online meeting the minutes can be taken by recording.

Pros:

I'm very pleased with webex suite because it provides a secure and safe room for online interaction/communication between teammates, it's effortless, and allows instant messaging and web meetings

Cons:

Occasionally it's slow, audio and video calls drop off.

Understanding Multi-Device Support in next generation meeting

Comments: We use this product for many scopes: learning sessions, next level videoconference, great virtual meeting experiences

Pros:

multiple devices supported, integration with phone platforms, overall quality

Cons:

overall price, often issues on workplace client

Functional but not the most intuitive platform

Comments: Functional but requires significant employee training

Pros:

You can start the meeting before the host joins, which is helpful if the host is running late.

Cons:

Often experienced technical issues when people who are not used to the software try to join meetings

Webex Suite Has Excellent Features and Capabilities

Comments: My overall experience with Webex Suite is incredible. It has been an easy to use tool.

Pros:

This is an impressive and easy to use solution that boosts unified communications. I like the powerful capabilities of Webex Suite. Webex Suite enhances collaboration at our workplace.

Cons:

I have zero dislikes for Webex Suite. Webex Suite makes collaboration and communications easier for us.

Comments: We use Webex Suite as a collaboration software, in every meeting room. The flexbility and quality of audio and camera are awesome.

Pros:

Easily integrates with Microsoft Teams. Webex Board and Telephone are very easy to implement and to use

Cons:

The earlier versions overlapped with Teams functionality. The new one integrates smoothly.

Webinars with HQ Audio

Comments: Our group uses Webex for weekly meetings and other general meetings. So far we have been enjoying it and I highly recommend it.

Pros:

So far, we have been enjoying it because the quality of the audio is better than what I can get from other web meeting software like Google Meet. Also, I can easily see verified users from general email users so in large meetings, I can easily recognize if someone is from our company or not. It is important because our company has a lot of employees.

Cons:

A lot of people think webinars are Zoom or Google Meet and aren't familiar with Webex. When we are hosting a big online event with public participation, we receive queries about this all the time. I wish the Webex team had worked more on branding and marketing to make many people aware but this is not a problem with software or functionality so it is not a big deal.

Pros:

Webex gave us the ability to incorporate a real-time viewing element when diagnosing customer issues that also layered in the simultaneous ability to consult technical SMEs and avoid escalations as well as resolve issues and questions faster. This improved the customer experience for us and customer satisfaction rose.

Cons:

It is a good product with few if any drawbacks.

Webex a tool any company must use.

Comments: the webex suite is really good, it has many instances to use for collaboration and in the enterprise level has a lot to offer, specially for really complex organizations. with different geographical locations.

Pros:

I like that the tools enable us to perform many actions in an efficient way, the Webex space for meetings, calls integrated with outlook calendar makes everything more organized, the details on the events platform of Webex where you can print tickets or use it as a Streaming platform for webinars is awesome.

Cons:

I think the trainings in their WebEx training website should be more didactic, and that the test should be aligned with the content trained.

Video conferencing Tool

Comments: I like using Webex. It's easy to use and has many helpful features for working together online. The video and sound quality are good, and I find the screen sharing feature useful for showing presentations. I also feel my information is safe with the security measures in place.

Pros:

Webex has many useful tools for working together. It lets us have clear video calls, share the screen, and allow remote access too. We can store files safely and chat instantly. It's easy to use and keeps everything secure, which makes it great for teamwork, no matter where we are.

Cons:

There is nothing I dislike about Webex. It is a simple and easy-to-use tool. However, it requires an internet connection to access.

Comments: Very fine and great performance products I saw as compare to others worked on.
A way it is designed is really simple and makes UI feels attractive as well to work with.

Pros:

1. High quality and organized management platform. 2. Features are designed in such a way to make work simplified and attractive as well. 3. Proper detailing of meeting events and agenda with participants details. 4. Taking remote , screen sharing are easy and effective with minimal lag ever noticed.

Cons:

1. Not much popular as seen in limited workplaces which is associated with cisco mainly.

Webex has all the capabilities you could desire!

Overall, we are very satisfied!

Pros:

We feel Webex’s video and audio quality is among the best. Even in lower bandwidth environments, Webex offers clear audio, minimized lag, and a generally stable connection. Webex’s whiteboarding tools, real-time annotation, and screen sharing make it easy for teams to brainstorm and work together. Additionally, its breakout room capabilities allow smaller team discussions within larger meetings, which is ideal for training and brainstorming sessions.

Cons:

Webex can demand significant system resources, which can be challenging for users with older devices or low-speed internet. Some users report delays in loading and occasional freezing, especially during video conferencing.

Highly Suggested

Comments: My overall experience has been very user friendly and I would highly suggest anyone especially anyone who has a call center to use Webex

Pros:

Webex has been very reliable and quick to update any glitches in software

Cons:

The only thing I have not liked about Webex is that you cant get a custom ringtone on IOS

Inferior to Microsoft Teams

Comments: Pretty bad. I only use it because it's the main meeting product at my client, but I would always prefer Microsoft Teams.

Pros:

The fact that you can have a 'personal space' that people can join. That is a nice touch.

Cons:

Everything else. Sound quality is bad, I can't mute other people, it doesn't automatically grab my system mic and webcam.

Convenient!

Comments: After the initial configuration, WebEx has allowed our company to connect easily with customers and potential clients.

Pros:

WebEx makes things a lot easier for end users. Our company utilizes the Teams add-in and the mobile app every day. It's very convenient to be able to take calls on the go, whether on a laptop or mobile device.

Cons:

It took some time to get accustomed to the admin portal.

Nothing webex meeting good and easy to use for everyone.

Best for Official meetings

Comments: Overall good tool for official meeting purposes

Pros:

Good for business meeting and on call support, for video meetings picture is crystal clear

Cons:

Some times audio might be reconnecting if net speed is little low

Web Suite is complete

Comments: This product is robust, and I never had an issue using it.

Pros:

This product is quite easy to use and perfect for meeting rooms. The net traffic is good to use in transit.

Cons:

Especially, I use and like to make meetings and remote support.

Webex Colaboration tool

Comments: It a strong tool thats has a lot of features for meetings, better than any other on that,

Pros:

It has a very good integration with fixed telephony and videoconferences.

Cons:

The IA features are still being deployed, all other tools has done it yet
