I also appreciate that it already offers integrations with multiple enterprise software tools, which reduces a lot of manual work. I’ve found it to be responsive in both the Windows application and the web version. It’s also much cheaper than other software, for example Smartsheet, which saves a lot of money for the organization. As an admin, I’ve onboarded multiple users and found it very easy to provide KT to new users. From my own experience, I was also new to the application, and it was still easy to utilize the functionality. Cigna AI has not been enabled yet, but I’ve tried a few functions as a beta tester.
