So much information had to be entered in multiple different areas because the modules did not link to each other. It is the least back-end user-friendly software I have come across. Incredibly complex to set up - especially events such as open enrollment. It also did not connect with any of our benefit vendors or even our payroll system - requiring hours of manual input in what seemed like hundreds of systems and leaving room for multiple errors on every front. > > Customer service was fantastic when I had a question.
