Document and pic upload is much better than x4 and actually pleasant to do. Global search is instrumental. > > **Cons**: I'd like to see some mobile licenses included with the x5 subscription. x5 is missing a way to enforce naming conventions that should be added in where at either shared or site-specific level, rules for naming schema can be created an enforced. It is also missing a built-in workflow for approvals of when new items/entities are created.
