- Customer info, service info, and pricing all in the same screen

- cumbersome user interface
- no ability to edit invoices once created
- program updates are very rare
- crashes regularly
- steep learning curve
- Routeware bought the program a few years ago, there has been a 10+ % increase the last few years with nothing new in the program.

> Good user support team with a robust routing options, but everything else falls short. I can't see this program lasting much longer when looking at the quality of the other programs on the market

> **Pros**: Great product and very straightforward. Creating accounts was like a step by step thing and helped along the way.  Ticket submission was the absolute easiest thing in the world, and on top of that it used actual bing maps to help coordinate drops and pick ups\! I was in sales and could put a ticket in there in less than 2 minutes flat.

> **Cons**: Sometimes a little slow and buggy, but 85% of the time is was fine.  Sometimes tickets would get lost to but may have been due to dispatch..

> **Cons**: It is not user friendly, once you have learned the program  it is still difficult to navigate.  It is a challenge to make corrections on any errors.  Inventory is not an option although it shows as one.  Multiple steps to go through for billing and once you submit it's done can't go back.  Reporting is a struggle with multiple companies.  Routing can't be changed once it's optimized

> **Pros**: It seemed to make the customer happy, until it didn't

> **Cons**: They install an out of date wordpress install, then they disable plugin updates, and they install their software.  Apparently, they are using out of date wordpress plugin, and have 0 interest in updating it or supporting it.  This is incredibly insecure, and I can't recommend them at all until they update and maintain the software they sell.
